Golden gate tours provided an excellent service for our entire 9 day tour in Jordan. Right from entering the country to our exit their team were present. It made us feel at ease and our comfort was ensured.
We had a driver, Muhammed assigned to us for our entire Jordan tour by car. He is a safe driver, extremely friendly and very caring. He went out of his way to aid us in recommendations, translations and assisted us at every check in and out. By the end of the tour

Highly recommend this company. Found them on Google and Indira arranged a private car and English speaking driver George for this great one day tour of Petra and the Dead Sea.
Very good driver, very safe even over the gorgeous mountain from Petra to the Rift Valley.
If you are in Amman and have a spare day, I'd highly recommend calling Indira for this tour. Left at 7 am and back by 7.20 pm.

Booked our recent tour to Jordan with them. It was absolutely a pleasure to deal with this company from start to finish. The communications were timely, informative and precise. We booked 4n/5d travel with a private car. We arrived at Amman and met with the rep from the company who immediately facilitated the visa process. Then after collecting our luggage introduced us to our driver, Mr. Waleed. The gentleman is an absolutely fantastic person and very friendly. He was there with us all throughout the visit and helped us have a great time in Jordan. We visited Jerash, Amman, Mount Nebo, Madaba, Petra, Wadi Rum, Aqaba and Dead Sea. We were on a half board basis and the hotels chosen for our budget were very comfortable and clean. The Wadi Rum camp experience was the best and out of this world. On our way back, we were pleasantly surprised to have met another representative from the travel company at the airport who helped with our check in process and seeing us off.
A definite highly recommended travel company and must be chosen while visiting Jordan.

My sister & I have a wonderful 6 days in Jordan thanks to Ms Nasria & Golden Gate tours.
Everything was well organised & we were happy with all services & hotels provided.
Our driver, Fadi was a safe driver & very professional.
We would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I and my husband traveled to Jordan between 9 and 20 November 2017. We looked to a lot of tours from internet. But we enjoyed Golden GatesTours program and price for 8D 7N. We paid in cash on arrival to Amman Airport. Driver Bassam is very good and friendly. We really loved the tour managers Mr.Khalid Hasanat and Mrs.Nasria. If we come again to Jordan we will travel with them. We were very content with the trip. Many thanks Nasria, Khalid, and Bassam.

I visited Amman and took a tour to Petra, which I was originally concerned about as I did not know what to expect. My driver, Isaac could not have been more amazing. He made me feel comfortable the minute I saw him and took excellent care of me all the time. He even taught me Arabic and we practiced on our way to Petra. I loved him so much, that I booked a follow-up tour the next day. We went to Mount Nebo, Baptism site and Dead Sea. He went out of his way to ensure I enjoyed my time and I can honestly say that I had an amazing and memorable experience in Amman, not only because this is a beautiful country, but because of the high quality service that Isaac provided. Thanks to Nasria and Golden Gate for accommodating my last minute requests.

Very disappointed about this tour.
I booked a 3 night / 4 day private guided tour. From the correspondence online (before i arrived) i was given the impression that i will have a 4 day tour. However for 970 usd i had transfers from one place to another (with a private car & driver), entrance to places (these were very cheap i got to know later) and 3 nights accommodation - THE WORST HOTELS I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE - no hot water, cold breakfast & very old decor.
Although my driver turned out to be very nice, he did not know my program exactly.
I decided to terminate my tour 1 day early - all i got was a 20jd refund for the airport transfer, which according to the hotel cost more.

I believe your tour was for four days and you had a private car with English speaking driver as it was confirmed
you asked for budget hotels
you decided to terminate your tour in the last day morning of course you will get only the airport transfer, which you didn't like. you wanted to have more than it cost us,
I reviewed all emails between you and the sales and there was no guided tour as you said , even in the exclusion in the confirmation letter sent to you the guiding fees is excluded , but we made some refund for you just to make you happy after you call us .
i believe we honored our confirmation and provide you with all the services you requested but you are making complain for nothing serious .

Golden Gate was the first tour company I contacted in Jordan. They gave me a prompt reply and straight away I had a god feeling that I had found the right place to assist me with my trip first time and I would not need to search further.
I was right.
Nasria, the GM, is patient, polite and professional. Communication was very good throughout.
The driver was excellent with perfect English and very considerate service mind for the customer.
The car was new, clean and with string aircon.
In my opinion Golden Gate give good value for money. They did not request a deposit and I paid in cash on arrival.
I would certainly recommend them to anyone traveling in Jordan

I have had an opportunity to visit Jordan (apparently, one of the wonderful places in the world) early this year (to be precise in April 2018).
being a well-organized person, I had been trying to book all the services / facilities (hotel, tickets and certainly a car/chauffeur and meet and greet arrangements) way in advance.
it goes without saying that, booking the hotel rooms over booking com (8 months prior to your trip - cancellable - with no prior booking fee/deposit/charge) is not a big deal at all. with respect to tickets, nowadays, it has become an easy task that requires 15 minutes of your attention and speedy internet (plus visa or MasterCard details)
However, booking a car/chauffeur via the Internet (or rather a right and reliable tourist agent located in Jordan) was a quest merely because there are a lot of tourist firms offering their services under different terms and conditions (or standard set of itineraries - fixed and not user friendly at all) and many of them are reluctant to timely or clearly reply to your queries considering your plans, wishes or needs.
the first 2-3 firms (will avoid using any names) I approved in Feb 2018 fall under a category of the aforementioned firms (and subsequently, I decided to avoid any dealings with them). My second candidate (private chauffeur - recommended by a friend of mine) who confirmed (in the month of March) that he would help changed his mind 2 nights prior to the date of departure. Oh, 'holly molly', what shall I do in this instance, I have whispered at quarter to 11PM. Then, I hectically and pessimistically started looking for a reasonable tourist agent and found this firm proudly named 'Golden Gate' Tours.
What do you think I did? Well, I blindly sent the email to the info-desk and to my great surprise received a response from Manager named Ms. Nasrea who stayed in the office due to some ad-hoc clients' requests / assignments.
She kindly asked me to provide my plan (itterinary) and 15 minutes down the line I have received the adjusted itterinary, list of services included in the pack and estimated prices/costs. That was incredible as such rapid reaction towards the client request we would not be able to observe on a daily basis (as it is too rare)
We accepted all terms and conditions and paid the full fee upfront upon arrival. My wife was not in favour of such payment arrangement, but for some reasons my common login, intuition and recent experience convinced me to believe that these people are serious, professional and reliable. any verbal or written contract you have - is based on a 'ladder' encompassing trust, understanding and promise.
The firm and their staff and top managers (Nasria and Khaled) were great, they personal visited our office to obtain our feedback and invite for the lunch (organized by the firm). Our shofer deserves a particular appreciation (grand thanks to him) as he spent with us around 5 days / evenings driving the car across the whole country and acting as a guide expressing all the key stories (well-trained mature and reliable / professional English speaking driver). He also became our close friend. We really enjoyed the trip and the contributions made by the company's staff have bolstered our positive feelings and good memories.
Next time we will approach them again and only them.

Hello Amanda, the accommodation in Wadi Rum are varied. We stayed in the luxury camps. They are very comfortable, each has its own king size bed just like a hotel, own air conditioning unit, a small table with mirror attached, couple of sleepers, Bedouin robes for the night. The bathroom facility is shared and outside the camp, within a min or two walking distance.
There is another type of camps in this facility which had transparent roof for star gazing in the night. They looked pretty awesome to me. You can check the pictures online searching in google.
