Thank you to Mr. Bashar and all the team. They really went out of their way to make our group feel comfortable. They dealt with matters professionally and restored our faith in travel agents after an initial poor experience when we first visited with a group.
Would genuinely recommend them to others whether coming as an individual or in a group (we had about 80 delegates).

The attention of Adam Travel is spectacular, thanks to them we were able to get to know Jordan without worrying about anything, the accommodation and first class food, Welle our driver, was always very nice, attentive and friendly solved all our doubts and made our trip a great experience. Aysha super friendly and was always attentive to us, that we felt comfortable and safe at all times. I definitely recommend them highly if you want to travel to Jordan know Amman, Petra and Wadi Rum and have amazing moments do not hesitate to organize your trip with them are Top-rated.

We spent a phantastic 9 days in Jordan as a small group of two couples with private driver and guide. The trip was very well organized by Omar from Adam Travel, our driver Ramse made us feel very safe and our guide Mohammad was a pleasant and knowledgable companion to show us around the sites beginning from Amman to the north and the Syrian border, to the east with the Desert Castles and the South to Wadi Rum. The whole trip was a pleasure, we will certainly recommend this agency to anyone who wants to visit Jordan.

We’ve used Adam Travel for over the past few years. The service and, staff have always been excellent. Any changes we needed they were expedient in accommodating us; last minute changes were never a problem. We took a group of over 70 students and the quality of the hotel, transport and customer service was impeccable. The first time we came to Jordan we had the worst experience with another travel agent, but after being introduced to Adam travel and their team we have used them ever since.
The small things really matter to the group; such as each room having fruit and drinks in the rooms upon arrival. Also on the days out water was always complimentary on the buses. If we had a bad experience anywhere the travel agent compensated us and ensured we were not liable, or paying for anything that did not meet our standards.
From pick up at the airport to drop off when leaving -and everything in between was brilliant. This made the whole experience extremely amazing for the teachers and students that attended this year.

I wanted to thank you for your excellent services while we were in Hordan.. I wanted to take a moment to express my deep appreciation to Brother Ahmad. His support with the passport issue was key in getting the matter resolved. His diligence in ensuring the Jordanian officials at the airport resolved our issue was remarkable. Brother Khalil, our driver was so pleasant and patient with us throughout our trip. He never hesitated to make pit stops throughout our trip whenever we requested him to do so. Also, thank you to brother Hossam. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with Adam travels and have already recommended to friends and family. We are definitely coming back to Jordan and will avail your services.

Great time with great guides and services from Adam Travel. Many thanks to our guide Yasir but also to Omer and Bashir who were helping for logistical and administrative matters.
I would suggest Adam travel to any group visiting Jordan. Our group had almost 75 persons and everything was organized in the best way possible!

Getting a Jordan tourist visa is arduous if you plan to do it on your own. Adam Travel and Tourism made it very easy for our group and took care of everything for us. From our initial inquiry until our flight departed for Jordan, Ms. Tahani Hamdan made sure that we had timely feedback and all our questions and concerns were addressed. Helmy Jamous took over once we reached our destination and arranged all our immigration access after we arrived as well as when we departed from Amman. He took the extra mile and ensured that one of our misconnected bag was received on the same night and brought to our hotel. Ashraf Al-hanini, our tour guide in Jordan, spoiled us and catered to our every whim making sure we got only the best from all the sites we visited. Jamil Qurneh, our tour guide in Israel, with his 20-years’ experience, steered us away from the tourist crowd traps giving us more time to enjoy our visit. The hotels, Rawa Hotel Suites in Amman and Shepherd Plaza Hotel in Bethlehem, were very spacious and offered good breakfast buffets. We included lunch in our tour package and were treated to the best restaurants on the areas we visited. We particularly liked the Mansaf in Amman and the Israeli BBQ chicken with its special seasoning. Our sweet tooth was also satisfied when Ashraf treated us to the best Kunafa in Amman, made by Habibah Sweets, and ended up bringing home 6 kilos of the delicacy. A very memorable trip indeed thanks to the team from Adam Travel and Tourism.

We were a party of 4 and reserved a tour throughout Jordan by private car. We decided the hotels where to stay and the itinerary. All services supplied by Adam Travel have been of high level, the car was clean and efficient and the drivers always careful and precise. A Company to be highly considered if planning a trip in Jordan.

Two months ago, I was looking on internet for a good local tour operator. Finally, I've chosen Adam travel agency.
Last week, my experience started. I was with my sister and my friend, and have covered almost all the country. We've visited Um qais, Ajloun, Jerash, Mount Nebo, Madaba, Kerak, Petra, Wadi Rum and Aqaba through Kings highway were we could see great views like Wadi Mujib. Then return to Amman through Desert highway for a city tour then a noon at the Dead sea :)
Everything was good.. The travel agency staff that I thank for all the facilitations they made for me, especially Miss Tahani who was answering instantly for every email I send. hotels and Wadi Rum Camp were good too. The taxi driver Mr Hakam was great, polite and very helpful..
