We were staying at the Kempinski and after a long day, really felt like staying in so we chose the H20 Lounge for quick dinner. First of all, there was no service. We were told to sit anywhere, we chose outside near other occupied tables. We had to flag someone down for menus; we had to flag someone down to order; they finally brought half of our drinks; when our food finally arrived, the waiter spilled wine all over the table and my husband. The waiter apologized and cleaned up the table, and there we sat with food but no napkins and wine on my husband's shirt and arms. I finally went in and asked for napkins; i was handed two cocktail napkins and had to explain further to get two dinner napkins. When i finally got back to the table, our food was tepid and the wine on my husband dry. The sandwiches had good flavor but by that time we just wanted out of there. And then to add insult, they tried to charge us for the glass of wine that they gave us to replace the glass the waiter spilled. No matter how tired we are, we will eat somewhere else next time!…

Best staff wonderful night, great team for food and beverages best drink in town , I really would like to thank h2o staff and specially Mr. Kameel who made my stay wonderful and he's the one who made something from nothing (thanks kameel) Best hotel in amman.

i would like to visit this club but unfortunately its just for couples and im always come to amman in a visit so don't know any body to go with and enjoy the nightlife there

It was pleasant place to spend with your friends, around the pool and nice music to dance. and there is enough space wither you wanna dance or dine.

Really really classy place in Smeishani. It's part of the Kempinski hotel and there is pool, lounge side and a small dance floor. Prices are high as in all night clubs in Amman, maybe 7 Jod beer and 10-13 jod coctails, and maybe because that most people there are expats. Atmosphere is good and people are really partying. Sad thing is, the place closes at 2am. Ladies get sometimes free drinks from the house!…
