A day tour from Amman to Petra, the world wonder, is without a doubt Jordan's most valuable treasure and greatest tourist attraction. It is a vast, unique city, carved into the sheer rock face by the Nabataeans, an industrious Arab people who settled here more than 2000 years ago, turning it into an important junction for the silk, spice and other trade routes that linked China, India and southern Arabia with Egypt, Syria, Greece and Rome. Although much has been written about Petra, nothing really prepares you for this amazing place as It has to be seen to be believed.

Take a day trip to the historic city of Madaba to see the beautiful Byzantine mosaics and other 6th century masterpieces. Visit the Greek Orthodox Church of St. George to see the mosaic map of the Holy Land. The trip includes a tour of La Storia, a unique an interactive museum that showcases the religious culture and history of Jordan. One cannot visit Madaba without stopping at Mount Nebo. It is believed that this is where Moses was shown the promise land. Then take the route of the prophets, saints and believers down to the Baptism Site; the birthplace of Christianity and Jordan’s holiest site.

Enjoy a relaxing day at the lowest place on earth on this full-day tour. Depart from Amman and make your way in a transfer to the Dead Sea, where you can take your time to enjoy the area at your leisure. Float in the salty water of the Dead Sea and take advantage of tis natural spa qualities.

Aqaba: Located at the southernmost tip of Jordan, Aqaba is Jordan’s only coastal city situated alongside the beautiful Red Sea. Famous for the stunning underwater life, year-round warm & sunny weather, vast array of water sports, and traditional culture, Aqaba sets itself apart by offering visitors a unique local experience unlike anywhere else.

From Petra, it stops at the Central Terminal 1 in 7th Circle. Then, at the InterContinental hotel in 3rd circle. It terminates at the Abdali Station in Abdali (between 3rd Circle and Dakhliya Circle).
