We have a wonderful days in Jordan. Our driver Mr.Jehad AlRefal (Mobile:795748447)
is very nice and helpful, he also is a tour guide in the same time. This company is a best choice for us.In future ,we or our relatives and friends who will be visiting Jordon I will recommend this travel agent and the driver also.

My family and I had a wonderful experience with Sherazade Travels right from the get go. Hayyan from the office was great at responding to our queries and incorporating our requests to the itinerary. Upon reaching Jordan, our driver, Mr. Sa’di was incredible, knowing all the right places to go and all the right spots for good photos. He also acted as a great guide to us, telling us more about the city and the country. Our trip was for 3 nights and 4 days and our itinerary included Amman, Petra, Wadi Rum and the Dead Sea. Sa’di also drove us to Aqaba from Wadi Rumfor a few hours which was a great addition to our trip.
Our accommodations booked at the Dead Sea ( Crowne Plaza) and Wadi Rum (Martian Tent) were amazing but the one in Amman (Kempinski) lacked a certain standard of cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. However, we conveyed the same to Hayyan and he was very quick in responding to us and he appreciated the feedback.
We would very much recommend booking with Sherazade Travels when you visit Jordan, because you can be rest assured that you will be very well taken care of, withou having the need to worry about anything. .

We are 3 friends from Cyprus who visited Jordan for 4 nights. Sherazade took care everything. Visas, 4-stars hotels, free entrance at all the major sites and the most important our guide.
Upon arrival in Jordan Rami met us at the airport in order to arrange our visas. Rami was so polite, elegant and helpful.
Upon receipt of our visas, Rami escorted us outside where our driver Saeed was waiting for us. Saeed was an absolute treasure for our trip! He drove us everywhere, he explained us the DOs and DONTs, he guided us during the routes and even bargain in the local markets for us. He was discreet, pleasant, polite and always on time. His car was always clean and offered AC and WiFi all the time.
Last, on our first day in Jordan we decided and requested from Rami to change the last day's schedule and include also Wadi Rum (this is a must!) which wasn't included in the package that we originaly booked and he arranged it immediately.
If you decide to visit Jordan Sherazade Travel is the most efficient and economical way to see the major sites of the country within few days.
P.S.: Ask for Saeed to be your driver and even if not, always tip your guide!

We booked a 5 day 4 nights tour with Sherazade Travel in Jordan, visiting Petra, Wadi Rum and the Dead Sea. We travelled with 2 young children, aged 4 and 2. I must say that it has been a wonderful experience dealing with Sherezade Travel. They were very efficient with their email correspondence and provided helpful suggestions about the itinerary, considering our time constraints and the challenges of traveling with kids. We received a warm welcome from Sherazade’s representative, Rami, at Jordan airport who helped us breeze through immigration with our pre-approved visas. Our driver, Aladdin, picked us up from the airport and played host to us throughout the trip. He was truly amazing, providing a warm, friendly and patient service to our young family! He even went out of his way to help us when our kids left something behind in a hotel midway during our trip. We managed to cover all the main attractions at the places we visited and even managed to squeeze in an extra visit to the Baptism Site at Jordan River as we had time to spare prior to our flight on the last day! I highly recommend traveling with Sherazade if you are planning to visit Jordan.

We had the best experience we could ever hope for: highly recommended. Our driver Hani Altheeb has been more than a driver or a guide to us, he showed us around like we were old friends but always with great professionalism. We asked him in advance what we were expecting from out vacation, mainly traditional Jordanian food and beautiful sights, and he never failed to give us that and much more! Also he proposed to us other activities that I recommend, such as a boat trip and diving in Aqaba and a Jeep tour in Wadi Rum with the super fun Quesay.

We did 9 days tour, and thanks to sherazade Travel agency we had the best time ever!!
This company is very efficient, super helpful providing all information/recommendations and super quick responding to emails. Trust Hayyan to be man to help you organising!!
I must say we, first intended to rent a car and drive ourselves and we ended up giving a go to the private driver option and it was the best choice ever.
Our private driver Sa'di was AMAZING, he guided throughout the 9 days with the eprfect itinerary (picked up us in Amman, then Dead sea, then Dana biosphere natural reserve, then Wadi Rum, Petra 2 nights and came back to Amman). Sa'di is very friendy, he knows everything and EVERYONE.
He was always doing his utmost to advise us at any steps of our trip, always trying to help us, always on time , smiling and making jokes!
WE 100% recommend Sherazade Travel & Tour to organise you trip to Jordan!

To start with, Sherazade offered the best rates for my proposed itinerary. I had opted to choose my own hotels and only go for car with driver, and Sherazade was very flexible with my preferences. The main coordinator Mr. Khaldoun was very prompt in email responses (almost instantaneous), and was always assuring of any concerns I have had. Mr. Rami received us at the airport; my name was displayed clearly and I had no trouble spotting him. He was very professional and helped us with the immigration formalities, to purchase telephone SIMs at the airport and took us to the waiting car. Our driver was yet another courteous and friendly person - Mr. Riad. He was with us throughout and made a real difference to our journey. He had many informative & interesting facts to share about his country, and gave us good company. We would recommend Sherazade to anyone who longs for a great holiday in Jordan.

The trip included several sights in Jordan including, Shobak Castle, Petra, Rum valley and dead sea. 4 nights and 5 days in total. The trip was a very nice experience though a bit tiring especially with a 5 year old child.
Long road trips only made easier and more enjoyable with our driver guide ( Mr. Riad), extensive knowledge, a nice sense of humor and a very caring person.
Our stay at Kempisky hotel in Amman was mediocre, the hotel is old with a very small room. We enjoyed the boulevard walk at night. ( in general not recommended)
In Petra we stayed at the old village resort very authentic with a nice history, very accommodating staff, nice food and nice atmosphere. Plan to have dinner at the hotel as it has a wide variety.
Go early morning for the Petra valley walk, you will need a full day to cover half of it, with a child you need to choose which path to take yet it was still enjoyable.
Next stop was Rum valley, the 2 hours jeep tour and
watching the sunset was amazing (even with a 5 yr old ) she enjoyed the speed, the dunes and the soft colorful sand. We stayed in a dome at Aladdin camp an amazing experience to be away from all electronics and any internet or phone connection. The atmosphere in the desert is so relaxing and we got to experience transitional food for dinner. Don’t miss few Bedouin offering traditional tea and what they call Bedouin perfume.
The trip to the Dead Sea was a 4 hours and half drive, we did not really feel it thanks to our guide, we made one pit stop and we arrived at our destination.
We stayed at the Movenpick resort, old/new in general nice atmosphere, good food, very nice pools and access to the Dead Sea beach( don’t forget your water shoes), not recommended for children to bath in the Dead Sea. Rooms are nice yet could use some maintenance. Buffet dinner and breakfast with wide variety and tasty. We had a one night stay at each of the sites yet they all deserve a 2 night stay to enjoy the area more ( except for kempinski Amman).

This travel agency is a GEM🌹Mr Khaldoun and his team Mr Mohamed and Mr Rami are so excellent in communication. During this pandemic, a reliable travel agency is a blessing🙏 Arrangement for airport transportation, hotels, tours, safe places to eat, tickets/passes and overnight stay in desert camp was excellent and flawless. Our great experience we owed most to MR RIAD our driver and guide. He made us (my two daughters and me) felt so safe wherever we went although I could say Jordan is a very safe country with great, respectable and happy people. Mr Riad is always on time and take extra effort so that we enjoyed our tours. He provided us with good stories and folklore of Jordan. He treated us like a family❤️. Our tour is from 8-14 September 2021 this agency and Mr Riad made this an experience of a lifetime full of good and spiritual memories and we gained lots of knowledge about Greco-Roman influence to the Arab history and most important, we visited Holy places of which for us were just wishlist🙏 A blessing from God indeed. I highly recommend SHERAZADE Travel and Tourism and MR RIAD as driver and guide to anyone who would like to visit Jordan🌹

An exceptional experience from planning through departure. Coordination and follow-up from Mr. Mohammad and Mr. Khaldoun made movement very easy and we were able to shape the itinerary that we wanted. We were met by Mr. Rami at the airport and transition through the system was a snap. There are several jewels and unique experiences and we managed to see them all. Historical interests, relaxation, and cultural stops in Jordan are all within reach for a 7 day trip and I would not hesitate to add some extra time. We were fortunate to have Mr. Riad Alrafati as driver and coordinator. His contributions to the tour were phenomenal. He knew some great little stops and restaurants that are easy to miss.
