ZAID Tours was fantastic start to finish, communication was prompt and we were easily able to customise a standard itinerary for a private tour, based around flights we had previously chosen. We flew late into Amman and were greeted by our driver Mahmud who was with us until Aqaba four days later. He was very polite and considered and explained to us information along the way and offered extra activities if we needed. We always had water and snacks. The car was spotless and very comfortable. The tour included overnight at the Dead Sea (Hilton), Petra overnight on night two (Old Village Hotel), Petra back trail route day three. Our guide Anas was also fantastic and would recommend anyone to go through the back route in Petra and save time (and your legs) as you don’t have to double back to the start if you go all the way to the Monastery. Then we had a drive to Wadi Rum where overnight we stayed at Sun City in a Martian dome and did a star gazing experience. Truly amazing for the stars at night and amazing dinner. The following day was a two hour jeep tour of the landscape and then Mr Mahmud dropped us at our hotel in Aqaba (Al Manara - fantastic). Everything was top notch and would recommend ZAID to to anyone wanting a private tour or one of their standard options.

this tour was shortened due to the excessive time we spent at the border. We spent almost 3 hrs trying to cross the border. The tour once we got into Israel was awesome. but Zaid travel did not explain us the border crossing in detail and their driver just dropped us off at the front gate. Once we got in some random guy took our passports, then came 30 mins later and said to sit in some bus and wanted tips. Whatever tip we gave him he wasnt satisfied and we were forced to give more as we feared for not getting our passports. Once we sat in the passport it took them another 30 - 50mins to distribute everyone's passport. then the bus driver asked us whether we had "bags" but we understood it as "back". He charged us extra for our bags which we didnt have. on the whole it was a nightmare process which i felt the tour company or their driver could have explained to us and helped us out. This is a very expenisve 1 day tour and in the end we only got to spend about 5-6 hrs (including lunch) in israel.

I am sorry about your experience, kindly note we do not have anything to do with immigration procedures. We explain the border crossing to all our clients and the steps to expect, but if passport control holds a passport for further investigation,there is nothing we can do. There is not tip, the driver was asking you if you had luggage (bags) as there is a fee to pay per bag if you have, which is not included. Exit fees are also not included, as mentioned. Also note that private services and transportation for this tour is higher than group visits and tours. Hope I have clarified your particular situation.

I want to write to thank you ever so much for my trip in Jordan. Time flies, I was visiting your amazing country back in beginning/mid November. I had bought a return flight and was not sure how to progress from there. I have always in the past organised the travel around myself (hire car/public transport), booked the hotels and planned where to go and visit. However, I asked Zaid Tours and Travel to give me a quote and suggest an itinerary for the nearly 2 weeks I was going to be in Jordan. I decided to have a driver instead of driving around myself as I wanted to see as much as possible and enjoy the scenery, this was the best decision ever. Zaid came back with a very full and excellent itinerary at a very good price, this was for entry to all sites, private driver around everywhere and all hotels booked as well as organising tour guides at some places.
A special thanks goes to my driver Hassan Alqurnih, who made an already amazing trip, a special one. He went above and beyond what he needed to do, even down to my favourite Jordanian coffee which he had ready and we shared in the morning before the days adventure. He was the driver, the tour guide, the organizer and more importantly, a friend. For sure he was the one who made the trip very special and felling very personalised. I felt in safe hands, he for sure knows the whole of Jordan and the people like the back of his hand. He was very flexible, from when we met in the morning, for instance extra early at Petra, changed some of the itinerary, have a longer time at the Dead-sea. Also to the point that my return flight was cancelled and I therefore had an extra day, he organised I stayed at the same hotel in Amman, suggested a day trip out and even took me to the airport a 4am. During my trip I got to know the country, it’s culture and people well, through Hassan. He took me to some of the places he liked to eat with his friends and family, these were my best meals and through his courtesy and knowledge, I also felt I got an insight into Jordan and it’s people. We had many of conversation about the tourist sights but also culture, traditions, people, religion and the ongoing conflict in Gaza. He gave me an amazing impression of a wonderful people and their country.
Hassan Alqurnih and his family will always be more than welcome to stay at our place if they ever comes to Europa. I cannot recommend Hassan enough, he made my trip what it was and I feel I left as an ambassador for the country and cannot recommend it enough.

Zaid travel are brilliant, efficient, caring, and professional, and they went out of their way to make our stay in Jordan a time we will remember for ever. Zaid travel are fabulous and I highly recommend their services. I worked in Jordan around 20 years ago, and had seen a great deal of this beautiful, wonderful country. So, we used the expertise of Zaid travel to organise a two-week stay in the InterContinental hotel, Amman, with individual tour days to all the great sites of Jordan I wanted my family to see and experience. We purchased Jordan passes to exempt us from entry fees at many sites. Zaid travel's driver [Firas] was amazing, and met us at the airport upon arrival at 01.30 a.m. and took us to our hotel, and the same at the end of our holiday, taking us back to the airport at 05.45. Zaid travel worked with us to design each day, the duration, timing, advice on too much/too little etc. to use our time wisely. We had the same excellent private driver, Firas, with a SUV, each day, so we felt comfortable, safe, and looked after. At the bigger venues, Zaid travel had arranged a guide to take us around the site, and this was invaluable to learn about the history and value of each site. The guides were pleasant, knowledgable and very helpful. Petra was the only exception, where we drove down one day, visiting a castle on the way, stayed overnight, visited Petra starting early morning [best time!] and then drove back to Amman. At all times, we had our trusted driver, contact available with Zaid travel if needed [it was never needed], and flexibility with our designed tours, to suit how we felt on the day. September is hot [37C+] and so rest, water, and relaxing, were essential, as was the air conditioning in our SUV! Every day we felt truly cared for, and our needs completely provided. Zaid travel made our holiday, and delivered an excellent experience. Thank you Zaid travel!!!

We had a brilliant time with Zaid Tours. The tour was extremely organised right from the moment we landed in Amman airport. The tour ensured we saw the best sites throughout Jordan as well as insight into the everyday life in Jordan. Our tour guide and driver was exceptional - courteous, organised, punctual, reliable, and could not do enough for us. He provided us with information on various sites and history, which we really appreciated and made the tour very enjoyable. I can't thank him enough for everything he really made our trip! 🙂
The people of Jordan were another highlight for us - the hospitality and friendliness was amazing !

Had an amazing time in Jordan on a private tour visiting Amman, Petra, Wadi Rum and the Dead Sea. Mundher, our guide and driver was exceptional, very helpful, always punctual and went the extra mile to assist us with making reservations, pointing out points of interest and scenic spots as well as accommodating our needs.
The only downside was that some of the hotels that were booked for us (Landmark in Amman / Crowne Plaza at Dead Sea) were quite dated and did not quite meet expectations for a 5 star hotel. For example, there was no air conditioning in the rooms at Landmark and the non-smoking rooms smelled like cigarettes.
Other than that, a great experience and we all had an enjoyable time.

Our experience with Zaid Tours was for outbound travel from Jordan including flights , accommodation and ferries.
The experience was smooth and we were presented several options to choose from based on our requirements.
The team went above and beyond to meet our requirements and ensure our trip went as smoothly as possible from the time we got on the plane till we got back. They were also able to secure us early check-in when possible.

Took a day trip to the ancient city of Petra .
Arranged thru Get Your Guide and selected a private tour
Basel picked me up right on time and we began the several hour trip to Petra. He provided me with lots of information on how the visit to Petra would go and what to expect. Entry at Petra was quick and I was paired with a great local guide. The tour of Petra was amazing
After several hours I was met by Basel to begin our trip home. He stopped along the way for a quick break which was great
Highly recommend using this tour company. Everything was easy and the experience was great !!!

Basel was our driver for this tour (Private tour to Jerash and Ajloun). He was very profesional, he was always communicated with us and cared we were confortable and safe. After our tours, we had lunch at a great place outside Jerash. In short we had an unforgettable day. Thanks Basel.

Last month, I had the opportunity to travel to Jordan with my peers from Georgetown University.
During our visit, we explored iconic places including but not limited to Petra, the Amman Citadel, the Baptismal Site in the Jordan River, and the Dead Sea. We also immersed ourselves in interreligious dialogue with the local community by engaging with universities, schools, and refugee camps. While the trip was mostly based on Christian-Muslim interfaith dialogue, experiences such as this one allowed us to explore local customs and traditions beyond the classroom setting.
However, if there’s anything I would like to highlight is that our time in Jordan was made even more enjoyable thanks to the wonderful guidance provided by Zaid Tours and Travel. Our tour guide, Bassam, was AMAZING! His kindness and great knowledge could be seen throughout the different moments with him.
Thanks to Zaid Tours and to the wonderful people of Jordan for such a beautiful and blessed journey.

We are 2 italians girls on holiday starting 13 january 2020 to 19 january 2020. We have the departure and arrival from Aqaba (not Amman).
Is it possible to organize a private tour of 6 days around Jordan starting from Aqaba and ending in Aqaba? We love to visit 2 days the wadi rum desert, Petra, Amman and Death sea.

Sonoran Kris again. Had another thought on this subject. Zaid would have been able to do a Visa Exemption (costs still involved) if, and only if, all your hotel rooms have been booked through them. I'd check directly with Zaid to see if you would be eligible. We were not as we went a couple of days ahead of our Zaid package start date. Good luck, we loved our time in Jordan.

Hi. Myself and my 12 year old son will be arriving in Jordan on the 2nd June at 9.30am. We have a 2 night reservation at the movenpick hotel in Petra ad 1 night in wadi Rum. We would like to travel the scenic route to Petra via the kings highway with stops along the way. Are you able to pick us up from the airport and provide stops e route. We want to get to Petra in time for the sound and light show that night. Are you able to provide transport to wadi rum ad back to madaba. Our alternative was to hire a car. We will be in Jordan twice ( with about a week in between inTurkey). on the 16th June we wat to do a day trip to Jerash and back via the dead sea and a couple of other sites. Is this possible to arrange private tour.
