We were founded in 1981 by Zeev Refael, who was born in Jerusalem in 1941. His father took him around the country at a young age, including to the incredible Masada fortress. This life-changing visit inspired him to pursue tourism as a career.

We went on a two-day trip to Jordan. First day in Wadi Rum, second in Perta, with overnight accommodations at the Movenpick Petra Resort Hotel. There were no issues and everything ran smoothly. The drivers' and guides' pick-ups were precise. The tour guide in Petra was superb; he spoke Hebrew fluently and added greatly to the trip's appeal and impact. The hotel was excellent (acctually we were upgraded from the Movenpick Nabatian Castle to the Movenpick Petra resort, which is right next to the Petra site). All I can say is that if you want to arrange trips in Jordan, I highly recommend Mazada tours!

In the weeks prior to my July 2016 trip to Israel, I had already done some research on the Mazada Tours business. If you're considering taking a trip that is cozy, informative, safe, and gives you the confidence that your money is being wisely spent, I wholeheartedly suggest this business. The costs appeared to be quite reasonable for the quality of the service, and the staff's generosity was outstanding. Without a question, I will recommend this business to all of my friends, and I will get in touch with them whenever I go back to that area. Many thanks for everything.

For helping to make our trip successful, I want to thank Mazada Tours.
I received the best service from the time I called the company to make the excursion reservations to the very end of the tour, and everything proceeded without a hitch. The tour was fantastic; I had a great time on it and would definitely suggest it to others because it was so well-organized. The trip to the Dead Sea and Masada was expertly planned, informative, and entertaining. The driver and tour guide were excellent; they were very knowledgable about the topic and did a great job of communicating the facts to me.
I'd want to say that working with them was a real pleasure.

Look the number of complaints on google! They are a scam!
Payed for two tours with advance and the day before the tour they told me they were not going to be able to offer the tour anymore.
I have never received the refund
Myriam always say she can’t answer phone calls. Yotam always say he is going to give feedbacks that are not given.
They both blocked my messages and email and are never giving the refund

I was scamed!

The trip to Israel's west coast was pleasant, although I wish there had been a little more dialogue or history-related drive-time chatter to break up the silence and shorten the travel. Haifa seems to be a waste because you can't enter a Baha'i temple. Which I now understand, but all else that is seen is a perspective that literally involves looking down on the Baha'i from above into Haifa and the ocean. The extras were wonderful. For a basic pita bread with falafel or meat, the food was expensive. It wasn't that good, either. Would have chosen to dine in a better-tasting whole in the wall.

They set up a tour that we found enjoyable. We believe that clients receive excellent customer service. They consistently work together to maintain, enhance, and upgrade our level of service using current technology and a committed workforce of dependable and polite people.
For the sole use of our customers, Mazada Tours has a sizable fleet of brand-new model buses, sedans, and luxury vehicles at its disposal.
The excellent lodging and tour services they offer are well worth the price.
Your vacation experience will be significantly improved by the expert management of both incoming and leaving tourists that our main branch in Tel Aviv provides. Our business offices are managing large quantities.

In delivering this trip, Petra Myriam was really helpful. We were a small bunch of 8 or so in one dirty, outdated van. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and considerate, and our driver was quite accommodating. My one major concern was that four of the other passengers were obnoxious, slow walkers, and in need of special attention. The only way I could see all of Petra and not become angry was to wander ahead of the group. It makes sense that our guide had to stick with the slower group. As I explored this amazing site, I wished I had his knowledge.

We compared our one-day trip to Petra from Tel Aviv with another company's internal flight between Tel Aviv and Eliat, and they cancelled it three days in advance.
Before seeing this view, I thought I would be left without knowing Petra, but I had the good fortune to get in touch with Mazada Tours and, in particular, with tour guide Myriam.
With such a tight window of time, Myriam continued on until she found our parking spot and flights, which I believe was not at all simple.
We were able to complete the excursion on August 15 and it was again an unforgettable experience. Everything was perfectly organized: we flew to Eilat and were met at the same airport to be taken to the border. They managed and accompanied us.

Mazada Tours operates very effectively and comes highly recommended. Ahmed was a very wise and considerate guide. The food was also excellent. Though the time spent at the Petra site was quite brief, it was a huge experience. Only you need to be informed of the horseback ride and have extra money for it.

Myself and two friends are arriving in Tel Aviv on the 31 October 2016 departing 6 November we are there for 5 full days and would like to arrange a private tour of Jerusalem, Bethlehem, Nazareth, Masada and off course the Dead Sea.
