Tomer and Daniel from Israel Extreme organized a number of activities for us across Israel. Walking tour of Jerusalem and the water tunnels of David’s City, a tour of Akko and Haifa, a geological jeep tour of the crater at Mitzpe Ramon, an astronomy/star gazing adventure in the desert, sand dune buggies and sand surfing in Nitzana, a hiking tour of Nahal Arugot and the Dead Sea and a high speed boat tour adventure at Rosh haNikra. Every single excursion they organized was exceptional. Every tour guide for each activity was an expert in their field and made each trip both fun and educational, catering both to the adults in our group and to our children of varying ages. We always felt safe and the vehicle transfers they organized were on time and professional. We have been to Israel many many times but this was our best trip ever—largely due to all the fun and unusual activities organized by Israel Extreme.
They were extremely flexible in our requests to tweak activities and the pricing was very fair in all instances. We are recommending this company to all our friends back home—they are in a completely different league from other tour operators we have encountered. Can’t wait to arrange our next adventures with Israel Extreme.

I did a private tour of the salt caves with Beni for my birthday and it was incredible. If you’re able to do it solo or just with a few people, I recommend it so you have more one on one time to ask questions and to learn more. He knew a lot about climbing and the cave system so, if you have any concerns or hesitations, he’ll put your mind at ease. The cave itself was beautiful and the best part for me was rappelling down and seeing how massive the first part of the cave is and all the stripping and bands on the walls. You’re going to love it.

Happy birthday!! Our guides are experts in their fields and very passionate about sharing their knowledge. Beni is a superb guide. There are only two countries in the world with natural salt caves and the other one is Iran. Everywhere else that has Salt Caves the caves were dug out by harvesting the salt inside. In Israel and Iran they formed naturally. Come back and tour with us again on one of the other 364 days of the year.

Israel Extreme are absolutely phenomenal. They are incredibly thoughtful about your experience and your specific needs; they are incredibly responsive at every step. They did a brilliant and professional job of organising a difficult and complex trip for a large group of people. They dealt with issues immediately and efficiently, thought of every detail and blew us away with the quality of the service. Their guides are knowledgeable and just great, we used tour guides, rappelling instructors, drivers, has a big group with kids, they catered for our every need. I could not recommend Israel Extreme more highly - thank you IE for giving us an amazing experience

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They were extremely misleading about the tour we booked, they insisted on payment before the tour was complete. Even though half of our group could not do the activity because the description was misleading, the company refused to give any kind of refund. Members of our group asked for gloves for rappelling and were told no. Hands and arms are bruised and bloody. They were snotty about the experience and refused to do anything other than "Issue an apology." We paid $1000 for this, it was supposed to be the highlight of our family's week in Israel, and half of our group ended up going to a park 30 minutes away instead. I have never been so disappointed by a touring company in Israel.

We were so disappointed by your review. Israel Extreme prides itself on finding the best and most appropriate adventures for each group. You had many conversations with our Tour Manager and you were given a choice of rappelling adventures with different levels of challenge. Each option was discussed with you at length. You also advised that you were all experienced with rappelling.
You chose the Lower Nachal Qumran which is a fantastic trek and is applicable for the ages of your group. The longer trek of the Upper and Lower Qumran was not discussed with you, because it is not a trek that is appropriate for your group.
Gloves were offered to you in the Supply List that was sent and we would have happily provided them had you made a request before your trip. All clients are charged on the morning of their adventure.
Of course we are very disappointed that the trip did not meet your expectations but we do not believe that you were mislead. We are reviewing the written information that was sent to you to see if it needs to be written clearer.
We did offer you another trip, with a discount, which you declined.
Israel Extreme is a company that has provided adventures for more than 17 years. The most important factor for us, and the measurement of our success, is the satisfaction of providing an excellent experience to our clients.

The most amazing experience we ever had. We did caving in the North of Israel and it was truly an experience we will never forget! Our guide, Moshiko, was so patient and knowledgeable, and even though some of us were really scared to do the rappelling portion, he was somehow able to get us all to do it!!!! He didn’t beg or trick us into doing it, he simply helped us believe in our abilities to go over the edge. He came with homemade tea and cookies for us and also proceeded to cook up freshly ground coffee after the rappelling portion! He also had a lot of climbing and outdoor experience (which helped us feel really safe) and shared insightful information throughout. I would definitely book another activity with Israel Extreme on my next visit to Israel and would make sure to get Moshiko as our guide once again since he was seriously the greatest guide that we could have gotten!! (And we’ve used other guides in the past who were all great but Moshiko was extra special!)

We completely understand your feelings about Moshiko. He is an amazing guide and a very special person to boot. Like all of the guides at Israel Extreme!, he is a specialist in his field and that level of knowledge shows when he is guiding.
Caving (spelunking) in Israel is a unique experience. Did you know that Israel and Iran are the only two countries in the world with natural salt caves? Everywhere else, the salt caves were formed by mining the natural salt in the cave, but in Israel and Iran, the cave formations are made by nature.
There are many amazing Israeli natural phenomena to explore while you are here.

We did hike and rappelling and Nachal Qumran. Tomer was out guide. It was an awesome experience. We had a lot of fun. We felt very safe rappelling with Tomer, high level of professionalism. We have used Israel Extreme several times in the past, and this time was a great as in the past. I would highly recommend anyone go on an adventure with them.

We had the best time! This company made sure everything was easy and communicated all we needed to know to prep for the trip. They are very on top of the details and promptly replied back to any questions that we had. The trip itself was wonderful, we went with our guide Yisroel to nachal Tamar and he made the experience super amazing. He was patient and helpful, and very knowledgeable about everything we were doing and the area we were doing it in.
I would gladly do another trip in a heartbeat! Best time. Thank you again!

Amazing Adventures with Extreme Israel!
My family and I just had the best time with Extreme Israel! From the moment we reached out, their team was super responsive and helpful, offering us a variety of options that made planning our trip so easy.
We decided on an amazing "hike" up north, via ferrata, and the views were absolutely breathtaking! Our tour guide, Maoz, was fantastic—he connected with everyone in our group, from the youngest to the oldest, making sure we all had a great time. His insights and guidance really added to our experience.
We had such a blast that I couldn’t resist calling them back less than 10 days later to book another adventure—this time, a waterfall rappelling trip up north with my son! It was just as thrilling! I can’t recommend Extreme Israel enough—if you’re looking for unforgettable experiences, this is definitely the company to go with!

My boyfriend and I did the snapling, via fratta and rock climbing package (5h) and it was an extraordinary experience in beautiful northern Israel! Special thanks to our guide Moshiko - who was professional, calm, knowledgeable, and knows how to guide different people based on their abilities. He also actively takes pictures and videos for us throughout the day so we didn't need to worry about dropping our phones or ourselves;) And Moshilo made tasty black coffee with his camping tools during our break and we had a great chat looking over the valley. Would certainly recommend it for couples/families/friends who want to do some unique and adventurous activities! The pricing is at high end but we believe it was worth it:)

Once again, we have a very enjoyable experience see the beauty of Israel with experienced and professional tour guides. Israel extreme has the greatest staff on deck and our guide, Tom, was unbelievable, striking the right balance between, fun, thrills and knowledge of the land.
