Once in a while I find some time for a break at coola and its alway such a great experience. Women only and now not only the men are left behind you are also asked to lock your cellphone in a safe at the reception- which means an absolutely tranquil pause. We enjoined very much the massage and the shiatsu and afterwards you can enjoy the lovely sunset at the Tel Aviv port.

My best friend took us both to Coola for my birthday. What a wonderful gift! The place is calm, relaxing, lovely and very well organised. The staff are friendly and give you the feeling they have time for you and want to make your visit special. My hour's massage from Inbal was amazing and I just wanted it to go on for ever! We could have hot and cold drinks before and after with delicious little cookies and no one hurried us out at the end. I would recommend Coola to women who want a special day out, being pampered and having fun.

Please be careful before booking a massage here. I took my mother who is visiting Israel to this "spa". My massage was fine, nothing special and definitely not worth the price that is more than any of the hotel spas considering there are no additional amenities (pool, etc). My mother came out of her massage in great pain and said the therapist hurt her back in a place where she had a previous injury. My mother had informed the staff before on her check in sheet of this injury and also the therapist before entering the room. We told management about it and they became immediately defensive saying we should have told them before (we did), and insisting my mother not get massages if she has this problem (then why did they allow her to have the treatment after disclosing it?). My mother did not intend that the therapist meant to hurt her but it was negligent and the management should have taken responsibility. They refused to and then proceeded to yell at my mother and I in front of the other customers. I want to warn others of giving money to a business that operates this way, instead of apologizing or offering compensation. They said they would call and check in with my mother and makes sure she is ok and not in pain, but they still haven't called to check in.

My sister got for her birthday a voucher for a pedicure and she talked me into coming with her. It's a lovely place in the port of Tel Aviv , right on the seaside. We arrived 10 mins before our appointment and were accepted 5 mins later. We both enjoyed the pedicure and def going to be coming back for some more pampering.
