I did not buy anything but this handcraft market seemed really good with great stallmen/artists and beautiful products, worth visiting and strolling around for a 10-15 minutes as a tourist.

Nahalat Binyamin arts fair is open twice a week , Tuesdays and Fridays from around 10 a.m until 5 p.m on Tuesday and 4.30 p.m on Friday .
The Arts fair is situated on Nahalat Binyamin street , next to the famous Carmel market ( just off Allenby street ) in Tel-Aviv .
When I visited , the market had a variety of home made/crafted items on sale as varied as jewellery, hand-made puppets .woodwork , clocks and hand made glass-wear ( plus much more) -, there was even a tarot card reader when I was there . There are also cafes along the road, where one can sit down with a coffee , and watch the world .
A word of caution , not everyone like their picture taken , so it is best to ask permission , just in case .
There is plenty of shade for visits during sunny days , but during peak season , walking with a stroller might be problematic .

The Psagot winery offers multi-media tours including a peek at the wine making process, as well a short films about the area with it's vineyards. Additionally there is a high-tech computerized game allowing for a group to learn more about the area through individual interaction. Additionally the center offers delicious meals through advanced reservation. The center is open daily except for Saturday and is highly recommended.

I love craft fairs and unique handmade items and seek out craft markets wherever I travel. The craft market at Nahalat Benyamin is one of the best I have been to. Lots of artists selling unique handmade items, everything from Judaica to jewelry, toys and home decor. This is by far the best place to buy your gifts and souvenirs to take home from your Israel vacation. The craft fair only happens on Tuesdays and Fridays, so try to time your visit to Tel Aviv on one of these days. Also Nahalat Benyamin is lined with good cafes and restaurants and is a fun place to sit outside with a good cup of coffee on a Friday morning and watch the people and the market in action. Will definitely make a point to come back during my next visit to Israel.

Definitely worth planning into a trip to tel aviv. The vendors are selected by a panel to exhibit here so no time wasting rubbish. All interesting and genuine art and artists. We loved chatting with some of the artists and photographers who described their work with great passion. Busy but relaxed and no pushy sales people. A must if you like art, crafts and jewelery with a distinctive israeli and jewish twists.

One of the sites to see in Tel Aviv. Atmosphere, street performers (occasionally,) we have seen a beautiful peacock dance performed by a talented male dancer with very dramatic makeup, have heard South American performers with their traditional flutes. Since it is an outdoor experience, might not be as available in the winter. There is a huge assortment of handicrafts for sale, glass blowing demos, wood work, painting, jewelry and so much more! Very exciting! Plus there are very nice restaurants along the way for reasonable prices. Across from the entrance is an amazing fruit shake place, can't think of the name but the workers are so kind and congenial, we always refresh ourselves there. The location allows you to wander around the modern part of town to check out all the boutiques and stores.

Every Tuesday and Friday there is a huge crafts fair. Many creative items. Crafts people are most pleasant and don't seem interested in ripping off tourists.

If you are looking for arts and crafts, Don't miss out on this one. Whether it is jewelry or textile or clay or even painted glass that you are looking for, you will find it here. Prices are not cheap because the artists pride themselves on their work but whatever you buy will be worth the money. Everything is unique, even if it is made by the same artist. You never know what you are going to find because craftsmen come and craftsmen go and the fair is always changing and usually expanding.
If you get hungry, my personal favourite place to eat is the "As - Deli" at number 18, (see my review).
Maybe from there you would like to take a 2 minute walk to the Carmel Market, (see my review).
Wear a hat and drink plenty of water because Tel Aviv can be very hot during the day.

The Art Fair at Nahlat Binyamin Street in Tel Aviv is a great place to spend a few hours. It's open on Fridays and Tuesdays from morning til afternoon. The best time of year is Spring and Fall, when the weather is perfect for walking around, but you can have fun all year round (just wear sunglasses and a hat in the summer: it is H O T !) Lots of beautiful hand-made jewelry and souvenires here, and you can usually bargain if you are buying a few pieces.Fantastic place for tourists! Afterwards, go to the next-door Carmel Market to buy fresh fruit, and then on to Shenkin Street, where there's lots of trendy clothes-shopping to be done.
