Have meant to visit Israel for years and finally took the time. Am I glad I did. IsramIsrael was recommended to us. They offered a range of tours and itineraries and hotels so it was easy to find just what fit our needs and budget.
They provided our own guide and driver as an upgrade and that helped us learn more. Our guide, Effie, was knowledgeable, pleasant, and flexible. Because we had our own car and Guide Effie was able add to our itinerary some slights we would not visit were we on a large bus tour. That kind of personalization was really worth it.
All of the itinerary objectives were met and they were well organized. The hotels were excellent and the included breakfasts were typical Israeli feasts of fish, fruits, eggs, salads, cheeses and breads.
IsramIsreal also organized all the airport transfers which made getting from and to Ben Gurion International easy and simple.
Overall, I've had many great vacations that were entertaining and instructive. This one tops the list. Would definitely (and have already) recommended them to others and I look forward to our next trip with them.

Went to Israel for the first time with my daughter. We spent 9 days there and had the time of our lives! Isram Israel planned our itinerary for us and took us all over the country. We had a private tour with our guide, Vered, who was a god-send. She knew everything! She knew all the history of the sites we went to and educated us enormously on the culture of Israel. She took us to all the things we wanted to see, anticipated our needs and took care of everything for us. She was wonderful. This is definitely the best way to go to Israel. I highly recommend it

From the moment we were greeted at the airport,to the last day spent with our guide Sharon(AAAA+) we had nothing but superlatives to describe the planning and execution of our trip. Three generations, traveling from Tel Aviv to Tiberius to the Dead Sea. Then through Masada ,Ein Gehdi to Jerusalem. On to Jordan to visit Petra and Wadi Ram..
We rode in jeeps,on donkeys and camels. We visited With Druise and Bedouins and learned so much. Thank you Isram tours, and especially our guide Sharon Sayehg.

It was an incredible trip visiting Israel. Their were 9 of us.
5 adults and 4 teenagers. Isram provided us with VI P escort,
We were met at Ben Gurion airport ,they took care of our
Luggage and passport and we were than escorted to our
car and drove to Tel Aviv to our hotel.it was wonderful,we didn’t
have to worry about anything.
The next day we met with our tour guide Ofer Levy and our driver.
They made the whole trip great. Ofer was so informative and
knowledge about the history of Israel.
Some of the sights I truly loved were MACHON AYLON (the bullet factory)
Caesarea Maritima.Persian Gardens, Golan heights,Sfad, Jerusalem,Yad Vashem
Masada,Dead Sea.Old City,Western Wall and oh so much more. It was so
moving,emotional and felt so safe.

We were a group of 9 close friends ... all but one had been to Israel before. For me this was the best of my 4 trips to Israel. First, our guide, Vered Ravid was excellent. She bonded with our group and helped us deal with some issues. Her knowledge and people skills are exceptional. We loved spending two weeks with her and admire her warmth and her grit. We learned a lot being with her and laughed and cried together. Thank you Vered.
The driver, our van and our accommodations were all first rate.
From Jerusalem to the spa in the Jordan Valley/Galilee, Safat, and back down to Tel Aviv we had a wonderful, emotional experience.
Vered and our driver Schmulik helped us find bomb shelters that we had sponsored in memory of beloved family members. Still get goosebumps reliving those moments.
We enjoyed our time with Vered and Schmulik. Our group of nine became a group of eleven due to their dedication and experience.
Thank you Isram, thank you Vered, thank you Schmulik and most of all
THANK YOU ISRAEL!

This trip exceeded all expectations. We requested the "usual" trips, ie. Masada, Dead Sea, Western Wall, etc. but received sooooo much more. We saw and did so much and it was fascinating. The days were jam packed from early morning until we were dropped off at our hotel. Our tour guide, Doron H., was exceptional. Passionate, knowledgeable, interesting and with a great sense of humor. The hotels were perfect and beautiful, and the meals were all delicious, whether in the hotel or the lunches and dinners outside the hotel but with the tour. We were very lucky!

A trip of a lifetime! Arrival to departure was well done and effortless. Hotels (Dan) were first class, morning israeli breakfast wonderful, and private car with tour guide were superb with complete family tour of Israel. Exactly what we wanted and exceeded expectations.

My daughter, granddaughter and I just completed ISRAM’s tour to Israel. It was wonderful! We had a great tour guide and appreciated learning the history. Of course Jerusalem was unbelievably beautiful. I definitely recommend that you use ISRAM for a trio to the Holy Land.

While overal not a bad trip, there were some serious logistical problems. But, the
biggest issue for me is that I wrote to Isram regarding some of the issues and I
NEVER heard back from them. Very poor customer service

I am considering a trip to Israel next April or May. My concern, after reading some reviews and seeing the itineraries, is the amount of time allowed at certain spots. For instance, someone comment per that they only got 15 minutes at the Western Wall but an hour and a half at a cosmetics factory. I see there are trips to a munitions plant ( not really my interest) so I’d prefer more time at other places. Is that possible? Time is of the essence so I want to use it wisely. Thanks

Hi Ilene and thanks very much for your inquiry. You may be referring to the one report that was posted which I did reply to on the trip advisor. It was the Holyland Pilgrimage tour, a tour that is not an exclusive Isram Israel program which we do clearly mention in the the material published about it. We do offer that tour, which is operated locally in Israel by a different company, as it has always run very well for many years and we were sorry to see that one guide did not follow the protocol as set forth by their company in order to insure everyone's satisfaction.
As for our tours, and where stops are made, we believe that we have picked the most interesting of the stops and while reading the description narrative may not sound exciting, we will assure you that a site, such as Machon Ayalon (munitions factory that you refer to) is one of the most interesting and definitely a highlight for many. However, not all the programs include this site. We have quite a variety of tours which are all featured on our website. We also have a full brochure which you can order from the site as well so that you can take your time reviewing, program by program.
Should you join our group escorted tours, then yes, you would need to follow the itinerary as listed. You do have the option of doing these programs in a private car as well which carries a supplement. The Private Car and Guide option will allow you to deviate from the itinerary and skip or substitute sites. It's flexible and can be customized to your personal preferences.
Let us know if you would like to have a phone conversation with regard to your plans for Spring 2020 and we'll be happy to do so.
Kind Regards and look forward to hosting you on our tours.

I'm curious as to how much the Isram tour fits into the day? Is there a lot of walking or is there a good mix between touring by bus & walking? How fast is the walking pace? My wife uses a cane and walks at a somewhat slower pace. I'm wondering if it'll be an issue. Thank you.

Hi and thanks for your question. As there is so much to see in Israel, we do try to accomplish quite a bit. There is a fair amount of walking involved during a number of days on the tour so we do recommend that participants be fit enough to undertake a program that is active in this respect.
You may wish to consider doing the tour in a private car with a private guide who will adapt the program to your pace and comfort. Although this does have a premium over the group bus tour, it's the best alternative.
Kind Regards, Ilana Apelboim

Same as above. We want a small group luxury tour of Israel...which are the best companies to book with for this criteria? Blood accommodations, great guides, small group?

Robbie,
We were two couples on an Isram Discover the Holy Land by Private Car 12 Days tour. Also through Isram, we did 3 nights in Istanbul and then after Israel we did the Isram Exploring Jordan by Private Car-Tour B. By the time we left on our trip, I hated Isram New York, but the whole trip was fantastic, It appears Isram contracts with local tour agencies and guilds and these people were extremely knowledgeable and professional.
