I did the bauhaus tour in Tel Aviv today and it was very interesting, especially the introduction video we saw. But the guide was terrible: it was difficult to hear her because she didn't have a micophone and she insisted in speaking giving the tourists her back, besides she didn't like questions and almost yealled to me because she didn't understand a question (mainly because she wouldn't let me finish it) and treated me as if I were stupid.…

It was my aunt's birthday and as they traveled to Tel Aviv for a few days, so I thought it would be a great idea to gift tickets for the Bauhaus Tour. Usually it is not possible to get tickets crossnationally, but they were very kind and obliging. I recieved the tickets than in advance via Mail. My aunt and her husband were impressed of the tour. I visited the Bauhaus Center yesterday and took part in the English walking tour of the White City architecture in the local area (every Friday at 10am). The guide, Ula, was superb, extremely knowledgable and engaging. The tour began with a short video with some background information about the influencers and factors behind the architectural styles of Tel Aviv, which were all elaborated upon in greater detail in the tour itself. I felt like it was exactly the right pace and duration and provides an insight rather than an entire overview of Bauhaus in Tel Aviv. The centre itself has a good gift shop and gallery with related exhibitions. Highly recommended.…
