My family (with our 4 kids ages 11,10 and twins 6) spent at least 3 hours in the company of Clila Bau, one of Joseph's daughters. She shared her parents moving and very interesting story, we watched a few of the animated films her father had created, we asked her many questions and just had a wonderful afternoon with her.... Our tour guide set this one up and we didn't know much about it before we went. I'm glad we did it... Very powerful story told with funny stories and sad stories together. My young kids are just learning about the Holocaust and this made things real for them in a way that was appropriate and followed with humanity. The... More

Me and my friends have visited this museum the last week. With bated breath and even tears we were listening the story of this unbelievable family told by Joseph Bau daughters. The first Israeli animator, his pictures and books, all his playing with words show us the Live Book Of Jewish History. If you ever watched Schindler's List movie, you... More

Two daughters of Holocaust survivors, gracefully with humor share the story of their parents, the couple who got married in the movie "Schindler's List". Their father - a talented graphic artist,a writer and a poet who was as well the forger certificates for the Israeli Mossad.

The Mission would not be complete without the Joseph Bau House where we learned of the amazing life story of Joseph Bau from his inspiring and funny daughters, Hadasa and Clila Bau.

I wandered into the Joseph Bau House a year ago when looking for a coffee house. Joseph Bau's daughter were talking to a group of visitors and I paused to listen. I stood riveted to the spot for an hour and a half and learned fascinating things about a man I had never heard of before. WHAT incredible stories. I... More

Great place to go if you are keen to eat lunch in Sarona or in dizengoff center. The talent and knowledge of the world of forgery and arty optimists brings the most pessimistic person the desire to one day laugh at the trials faced in a world of insanety. The desire to see the future, and hope as one can... More
