Firstly a huge thank you to Ruth who was a patient and brilliant fun teacher as well as an informative guide on our Segway tour around Jaffa. We are a family of four who were complete Segway novices. Being the only girl in the family the boys all managed to get to grips with the Segway almost immediately. It took me a little more time but Ruth remained patient with me and by the end of the tour I was a pro. We had such fun and laughter from the very beginning trying to find a helmet that would fit my husband's big head. We eventually found one large enough! We cannot wait to do another tour when we next return to Israel. We have already recommended it to friends who also had a great time. Sadly I'm not receiving any commission!

strongly recommend to call zuzu segway tours - they are not so famous but you can have tours with 2 - my wife and me enjoyed 2 tours with them - TV - Jaffa and TV north - fantastic and fair price 400 Sheikel - really great

First time I went touring with them was fun , I admit.
but than when we tried to schedule another trip we found that those company became an unorganized company who keeps treating their customers in a wrong way.
they don't even think twice before they call you 2 days before in order to cancel a trip and it's the second time this happened in 2 weeks.
summing up , not good at all!

Thank you for your review. I deeply regret that you were disappointed by our services and in your attempt of scheduling your second tour with us. I appreciate your feedback – we know that there is always space to improve our services. We have received excellent reviews till now and we’re very proud of our high ranking as the number one attraction in Tel Aviv, but that of course does not mean that we rest on our laurels!
You positively mentioned our Segway tour, and I remember that during our conversation at the end of your first tour you were so delighted that you immediately wished to purchase new coupons and book an additional tour in a different location. I did explain to you, as did our secretary, that we could organize a tour at a different location but only – as it clearly is stated also on our website - if we have at least 4 participants for a tour.
Our office tried very hard to convince other customers to join the tour you wanted on the day and time you requested. Unfortunately, after many efforts, this was not possible and thus we had to cancel the tour and offered to re-schedule.
Again, thank you for your review. We are hopeful that you will enjoy your second Segway tour as you did your first.

We've joined the tour in the port of Jaffa. It was a 45 min. tour, or so called tour in the gardens near the port. Why the bad rating?
1) We were told to arrive at least 15 minutes before the tour begins because they don't wait for late arrivals. We did arrived 20 minutes ahead of schedule but guess what? They waited 20 minutes for 3 late arrivals so we had to wait 40 min. in total for the tour to begin.
2) Instead of really teaching us to operate the Segway so we can enjoy it, he allowed for 5 min. to get used to it. It's not enough time. My daughter had to struggle with it throughout the ride.
3) The late tour was shorten in time to 45 min. instead of the full hour
4) It is not a tour - I consider a tour one that includes a guide with historical info or just explanations on the surroundings. NO such think. You just ride and go back.
Maybe on the 2 hour ride there is some guiding but we were very disappointed.

Dear Client,
I would like to thank you for writing a report, although it is almost 6 month after your visit and at this point difficult for us to recall if and why the tour left late.
The 1 hour introduction tour is marked as such - introduction.
At our web site it is clearly mentioned that the first 15 min. are for safety instructions, the tour is a long the beach and park south of the port of Jaffa.
We suggest to all of our clients to take the full 2 hour tour that includes a historical tour of the old city of Jaffa, Manshiya, Neveh Shalom, Neveh Tzedek and the board walk of Tel Aviv.

I enrolled to this one with my teen daughter. We came with no expectations, and still it was very dissapointing. We were promised with 1 hour tour and we rode maybe 20-25 min as the rest was for enrollment and signings forms. We toured very limited distance ( apparently the owners did not want to waste the battery) and eventually it was quite boring.
I would not recommend it for others.

I am coming mid June and would love to do a Segway tour...maybe the 2 hour tour. How do i book it and what is the route it covers?
Also, how much does it cost and where do you pick up from?
I have never used a Segway before so i hope you give a lesson!!

Thank you for your questions.
Please connect to our web site and press "book now". All our tours in Haifa, Caesarea, Zichron Ya'acov and Jaffa are well described and appear in order of dates and time. You can book on-line for the tour of your choice and preference. The rates are mentioned next to the description of the tour and it's length.
Please note that all tours include a 10 to 15 min. instruction and practice time.

Thank you for your interest and question.
To walk along with the Segway tour will be impossible as the Segways go at the speed of 14km/h.
But we will happy to provide an electric bicycle if you do not wish to try our Segways.
