I appreciate your feedback – we know that there is always space to improve our services. We have received excellent reviews till now and we’re very proud of our high ranking as the number one attraction in Tel Aviv, but that of course does not mean that we rest on our laurels! You positively mentioned our Segway tour, and I remember that during our conversation at the end of your first tour you were so delighted that you immediately wished to purchase new coupons and book an additional tour in a different location. I did explain to you, as did our secretary, that we could organize a tour at a different location but only – as it clearly is stated also on our website - if we have at least 4 participants for a tour. Our office tried very hard to convince other customers to join the tour you wanted on the day and time you requested. Unfortunately, after many efforts, this was not possible and thus we had to cancel the tour and offered to re-schedule. Again, thank you for your review. We are hopeful that you will enjoy your second Segway tour as you did your first.

Dear Client, I would like to thank you for writing a report, although it is almost 6 month after your visit and at this point difficult for us to recall if and why the tour left late. The 1 hour introduction tour is marked as such - introduction. At our web site it is clearly mentioned that the first 15 min. are for safety instructions, the tour is a long the beach and park south of the port of Jaffa. We suggest to all of our clients to take the full 2 hour tour that includes a historical tour of the old city of Jaffa, Manshiya, Neveh Shalom, Neveh Tzedek and the board walk of Tel Aviv.
