.In the heart of Neve Zedek stands this impressive center for arts \ cultural center called Suzanne dallal. it is a super important institute in the dance scene, where you can watch high quality dance performances, theater and more. My recommendations are Batsheva Dance company's performances. Batsheva is an international dance company, known all over the world for its unique body philosophy and (some) controversial works. With about 40 dancers, It's the biggest dance group in israel, and performs approximately 250 times a year.

This very nice complex of buildings is the home of "Bat Sheva" the excellent Israel ballet company. If you like ballet don`t miss it! It is a great way to get a taste of the local culture, without knowing Hebrew.....

Definitely worth checking out the performances when you are going to be in Tel Aviv, especially if you love dance!!!

Is there no selection to what can be presented in this otherwise prestigious and very pleasant performing arts center? I am not one to walk out of shows. I believe I am quite open-minded, but this was indescribable in a most negative sense. No talent, no sense of esthetics, no message. Only the enormous chutzpah of daring to do what she did in front of a full house, an audience, I believe, who was expecting something up to the standards of such a place. We walked out after 20 minutes of boredom and feeling ashamed for what this woman(what? artist?) was doing. One wanders actually what she was doing and what made her think she had to do it.

Located in the lovely Neve Tzedek neighborhood of Tel Aviv, the Suzanne Dellal Centre is a complex that is devoted to the performing arts (dance, music, etc.) and also home to the internationally acclaimed Batsheva Dance Company. I have seen them perform twice (once in Paris and once in Tel Aviv), and am always extremely impressed by the talent of the dancers and the choreography of Ohad Naharin.
If you are open to the experience of contemporary dance, then this is a dance company that I highly recommend.
Note: the Suzanne Dellal is a lovely complex with multiple halls where a variety of performances are held. While I have not personally attended other events, the reputation of the Centre for presenting quality performing arts is high.

If you enjoy watching dance, this is the place. Batsheva Dance Company and I. Pinto are housed here during their seasons. With a small theatre atmosphere, there are really no bad seats. Take advantage of this venue and its many performance options. Also make sure visit the Italian Restaurant located on the premise as well. Great food and great service. Very friendly people and you might even bump into some famous artists!

Spent three hours watching Yasmin Goder's amazing dance performance called CLIMAX. The dancers gave the most intimate and exquisite movement-braking bariers between audience and and preformers. Stunnning

Great dance and drama theater. Exquisite shows in small theater atmosphere. Also, a nice terrace and bar-restaurant where to enjoy typical Israeli food and dishes.

In a very busy tourists filled area of Neve Tsadek, just off the main route, there is the Dance and Theatre Centre and in a shaded garden there is a Cafe Cafe serving beautiful food, great desserts at very competitive prices.
Love it. Please make sure you visit and have a rest in a shade.
