About
We're Bhuka, and we are as curios and observant as we love food. We have traveled all over the world, learning about people and food and have worked in fields that combine the two for years. Now we’re working at our dream job - eating and drinking wine with people while discussing politics and architecture, and glancing at the beautiful craziness of the Israeli food scene and markets. Asaf loves the Adrenalin rush of mountain biking and the bliss after a good yoga session, and Moni is a psychologist who decided that leading food tours is way better than sitting in a clinic. Together we’re Bhuka, a young, synergetic duo whose aim is to bring you the local experience as it is: Wild, beautiful, unfiltered - and delicious.

16 of us met Assaf in a neighbourhood so close to home in a tour that felt like travelling abroad. Between the tons of wine, smiles and vast knowledge of the area, we found ourselves overwhelmed with amazing food places that were hiding in plain site. It's really amazing to hear so much about the history of the area in a fun and easygoing way. Highly recommended!

I got to this company during the planning of my husband's 30th birthday. We had the Florentine tour with friends (private tour). We had an awesome tour guide who showed us around the neighborhood in such theatrical and fun way. It is important to let you tour guide know in advance if you are celebrating because he really paid attention to it and my husband was thrilled from the surpriseand the situation. We had great food, great wine in great company and good vibes.

I went on a small group food tour with Shiraz in Tel Aviv and I was quite surprised how much I enjoyed the experience. Shiraz made the tour exciting and informative. I figured I would not be able to eat most of the food being celiac but she made sure I had options at every stop. Her personality made our time entertaining and her explanation of the city and restaurants made each stop an adventure. I loved her energy and love for her job - she was a natural!

Moni gave us a terrific tour of the Levinsky Market in Tel Aviv. He had cart to use as a little table, and wine for us to drink along the way. His stops were well-planned, and we loved the food and his great telling of the history of the area along the way. Highly recommend!

excellent culinary guided tour in the Kerem quarter and Carmel market of Tel Aviv.
Roni, the guide, was so nice, and in spite of the rainy day, we visited all the new "stylish" ("in") places to eat.
The food was very tasty.

We booked a tour with Bhutan and Ido in Bnei Brak yesterday. Ido took us to the most amazing and traditional restaurants. I definitely recommend to experience Bnei Brak during the night with Bhuka and Ido.

The perfect way to learn about the history of this Tel Aviv landmark whilst sampling delicious traditional and fusion food. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable, energetic and friendly. Definitely worth doing and recommending.

The tour and the tour guide were perfect!
The tour is well orgenized: great food which comes with valuable information anf history.
We leave very close to Florentin, and the tour still gave us so much!

Loved it! Went to two different tours in TLV. Both times were incredibly fun with professional and absolutely fun and friendly guides!! Recommended guides we had were Ofri and Noy. So much fun!!! Come hungry :)
