Yossi is one of a kind. He is truly a skilled professional. He is very passionate about his work and wants to make you feel your very best. He is very knowledgeable about his products and services. He uses his unique and amazing skill to design your hair style which compliments your own personal facial features and skin tone. He is very personable and full of character. I highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for a transformation. Overall he made me feel and shine bright like a DIAMOND in the sky! 💎

What an amazing experience. I had a hair cut and color with Yossi. He is extremely talented and very professional hair stylist. He has an amazing eye for color and the cut and style was perfect. Quality of work is very high. I Got compliments from my friends for the color and style — weeks after it was done. Thank you Yossi. I will certainly be back again.

Double treatment Spa day with a friend. Excellent service all around... from the chance room to the pool. Special thank to my therapist who was fantastic and super professional. VIP treatment all around. Great experience. Would definitely return :-)

Super disappointing massage. Save your time and save your money, do not book "Strength Softness" massage. Horizon Spa features in the Spa Menu "Lumi Lumi" which is maybe their interpretation of Hawaian Lomolomi. They also have a massage called "Strength Softness" apparently a "special" technique from Israel with shakings to release tensions. It is actually a basic swedish protocol with very repetitive movements (forearms, knuckles) using basic sesame oil. No shaking at all during this session. Losing 500 sheckels is one thing, but losing 90 minutes listening to the same elevator music over & over is really sad. So many other places to visit in tel Aviv... What is even sadder is that the receptionists had no clue how to explain this massage, the therapist did not speak English so we could not communicate, and the Spa Manager did not seem to care when I went to his office and told him the situation.

The Spa is newly renovated, with amazing professional and a pleasant experience!
Highly recommend the Hair Stylist Yossi, he has a deep knowledge in what he does and gives the clients an amazing job.

Worst service you will ever get. The owner and his wife are so rude beyond believe.
Jews don’t get treated well in this spa- it’s an Arab run and owned spa and they treat Jews poorly. Please save yourself the time and energy and don’t come here. The made opened the door on me while I was dressing and it was very embarrassing, when I brought this up with management aka the husband and wife who own the spa - they didn’t help and told me it’s my problem.
- Bathrooms are dirty and smelling like spoiled eggs.
- showers are broken and don’t work.
- people walk naked in sauna make/female it’s just discussing.
- no one speaks English or Hebrew.
- once they take your money they do t care for you.
This is far far from any legit spa in the state or anywhere else.
My advice to you - don’t go they are plenty spas around Tel Aviv, that will treat you much better. Also for the same price, one hour massage $600 you can get a full day treatment in any other spas in real Aviv like the brown hotel spa for example with breakfast and champagne included.
Safe yourself the time and energy don’t come to this spa you will be disappointed.
Advice for management - (the husband and wife owners)
Please learn how to run your business and learn how to be ethical to other people from different religion then you. And learn to respect your customer concerns and don’t scream at them.
I will be filling an ethical complaint with Sheraton and the Israeli government as I think this is not a legit / ethical business.

If you look for a few relaxing hours, this is the place. Located at the Tel Aviv Sheraton.
Very friendly reception, great resting room with champagne and cookies, although I would switch the cookies with fresh fruit.
Personal lockers, showers, hair dryers, bath robe and slippers are waiting for you.
Very professional treatment (Swedish massage) with relaxing background music.
Included in the price is the use of the hotel pool.
I will definitely be back and absolutely recommend!

I was staying in the hotel and wanted to use the steam room so booked a short massage. I extended it when I arrived and am I ever glad I did! Exceptional massage- the best I’ve had in ages! The sauna and steam room are very clean and well maintained. Just right after a long day of touring around.
