Tal Megged is an excellent tour guide/teacher and fielded all levels of questions very well.
Tal really knows Israel's beautiful tour locations extremely well. The Christian tours are treated with respect, presented with Biblical significance, as well as an understanding of what our faith means to us. Her knowledge concerning many difficult subjects of Christianity was exemplary.
She also took us to very reasonably priced restaurants of excellent food selections.
My husband and I toured Israel 6yrs ago with a different tour group/different tour guide. We thought he was good.
This trip was soooo much better! We learned much more than what our previous guides shared.
And being on the cusp of Covid 19, she took extremely good care of us. She provided masks, sanitizer, and the ability to change course when facing heavy tour group traffic in Jerusalem that were not being "safe". She also helped change our itinerary when Bethleham, the West Bank, and a few national parks were suddenly closed because of the virus.
She geniunely cared enough to check on our health once we were back in the U.S.A.
She also put together ZOOM tours for us when got back home, to cover some of those locations that had been closed!
Tal is an amazing tour guide.
Michigan groups will be back.

Tal is not just the best, she is the greatest tour guide that I have known. Through her vast and clear knowledge in topics such as Israel history/ politics and the comparisons of Jewish/Muslim/Christian beliefs and customs, walking the Jesus walk, I came away fully informed and gained a greater respect and love for Israel. We began our tour in Caesarea and worked our way south that ended in Jerusalem. We stopped for the night at 4 star hotels with the best views. Tal recommended local restaurants that never disappointed. She knew the best and trusted souvenir shops that you can rely on. Along the trip I lost my sweater and she lent me her warm scarf that kept me warm throughout the trip. I loved her for her kindness and warm heart. I fully recommend Tal as the best tour guide that Israel offers. I intend to keep in touch with her and invited her to visit and stay with me in my home in Florida. I do hope that will consider my invitation.

Tal was a fabulous leader for our group. She delights in her job hosting travelers in this Holy Land. The joy she brings to her job each day is contagious, even in difficult circumstances. I was in Tal's group during the onset of the Corona Virus. We had to make several adjustments, sometimes throughout the day because of the ever changing environment. She made the adjustments she felt necessary to keep us all safe and secure. With all the adjustments, we still had a marvelous time and went to some fabulous additional spots.
Tal also is a foodie - she ensures you find a good, trusted place for your meals each day for a reasonable price!

Tal is the best tour guide you can ask for! She has a lot of knowledge about Israel and is also funny and charismatic. She goes out of her way to make sure you get the full experience of what Israel is really about. She shares with you the true essence of Israely life, from their history to modern day experiences and celebrations. She took us to the best restaurants to enjoy the local cuisine and to the best shops for souvenirs. We knew we could trust her judgment which is very hard to do in a foreign country. The light she shares as you experience her county is priceless, she is an absolute delight and truly became part of our group. I highly recommend her and will wait as long as needed to make sure she is our guide for any future visits. She allows you the time to soak in each moment and to truly understand what happened at each place we visited. Where most other guides rush you a long and do not fully explain the significance of each stop. Such a joy and a pleasure to meet someone with great passion for their country and their job.

Tal was an amazing tour guide for our Christian group. She was able to share her knowledge of not only the Christian faith but Jewish and Muslim as well. She was able to rearrange our schedule when the corona virus prevent us from following our agenda.

Tal Megged is the best tour guide ever. I’ve been on a lot of tours, but never had someone so knowledgeable as she is. Our group asked a lot of questions and she was happy, overjoyed really, to answer them. She is very concerned about each traveler and shepherds us along compassionately. Whenever there was a question about anything, she was right there privately or with the group to chat with us. She seemed to genuinely love all of us from day one and was always popping up while we were walking to chat about any concerns or offer help, advice, knowledge, and counseling. You will absolutely love traveling with Tal. I am home now and have been telling all my friends that they have to go to Israel with Tal. You’ll never enjoy another tour as much as a tour with her…..that’s a promise!

This was my second Holy Land trip with Tal Meged as our Israeli tour guide, and I wouldn't travel to Israel again without having her as my guide. In the five tours I have led to Israel, Tal is undoubtedly the best guide we ever had. Her knowledge of the nation of Israel and the Jewish people, as well as the history of the Christian church and Christian people is absolutely amazing. Tal is an excellent teacher and holds the tour members captivated by her teaching skill and her amazing knowledge of the subjects she is dealing with. She goes out of her way to make every person in our group feel wanted and important, and she never tires of answering the many questions people have, especially on their first tour. When our people tell Tal goodbye at the conclusion of our tours, there is actually a sense of leaving behind a member of our family. I'm thankful for the privilege and opportunity of getting to know Tal Meged and truly count her as a personal friend.

Tal was an excellent tour guide! If you want an incredible, life changing experience during your travels to Israel, do not hesitate to book with her. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about Israel, the history and culture, and imparts information with an understanding of both Jewish and Christian beliefs. Tal has a fun sense of humor and sense of adventure! She was always concerned about the safety and welfare of our group and made certain everyone had a terrific experience.

Touring with Tal was an exceptional experience and that is no exaggeration. She has deep and broad knowledge but also the ability to convey it clearly. And if she doesn't know something, she will get back to you with the answer. But Tal is also enthusiastic and fun! Our group had several special needs, allowing us to see how helpful, kind and capable she is with any situation; we had her complete attention. She prepared us well for what we would see, including deep, meaningful insights. She did the same with practical and cultural matters, providing us more confidence as visitors to this glorious land. She was respectful, patient and calm throughout (learning many names!). Tal worked perfectly with our wonderful tour director and super driver...like a well-oiled machine. Tal is a lovely human being and you could not ask for more in a guide.

I am a Christian pastor that has led 2 tours of the Holy Land with Tal as our guide. After the first trip, I was so impressed by her professionalism, knowledge, warmth, and care that I absolutely insisted that she be our tour guide from then on. Her knowledge of history, modern Israeli culture, faith traditions, and current events is unsurpassed, and she mixes them all together in a seamless tapestry that will make you feel like you experienced Israel in deeper and richer way than you ever thought possible. As if that wasn't enough, she takes a personal interest in her tour members and makes sure that each of their needs is cared for. I look forward to many more tours led by Tal, and I know that I will learn more on each one.
