Shalom From Jerusalem, Israel and Welcome to Rafael Jewelry Designer. We draw our inspiration from traditional Judaic symbols, and give them a modern-yet classic–interpretation. Our jewelry combined ancient Roman glass, Uniquely Eilat stones and Other Gems set with 925 sterling silver and Gold.

I was looking for a pair of cuff-links to commemorate our trip to Israel. We were close to Shabbat and entered the store. They had a lovely selection, but not exactly what i wanted. We quickly developed a custom concept (from two or three other designs) and the price was very reasonable. We arrived back in the states and the custom piece arrived two weeks later. It is spectacular. Thanks!

I never visited Rafael store in person but I had the opportunity to order few items online. I am
sure I will visit one day in person. I never write reviews but I feel that Rafael Jewelry truly deserve it.
Rafael Jewelry store has the most beautiful collection. The quality of jewelry, stones and the customer service is outstanding. The jewelry brings lot of joy and it makes me happy to wear it everyday. Everyone will find something for themselves, starting from the classical collection to the more modern pieces. Thank you ever so much.

I have wanted a 14K gold filigree ring for years. On yet another internet search, Rafael's website came up with a selection of rings. That was my luck, and the beginning of an exceptional customer experience. I emailed Rafael directly since I wanted to change stones in one of his gold filigree rings. I received an immediate reply that led to my purchasing the ring. It was so meaningful to me to have a ring made in Israel from an extremely talented jewelry artist. The entire process was seamless with progress emails and secure DHL delivery. The ring was delivered last night. It is gorgeous. It is exactly what I asked for and what I wanted. I totally recommend stopping in his store if you are in Israel. If not, do not hesitate emailing Rafael from anywhere. He is a true craftsman, artist, he is honest and reliable paired with a beautiful selection of jewelry across price ranges. Thank you Rafael, a true gentleman!

I purchased an item of jewellery from Rafael as a gift for my wife and from start to finish the customer service was exemplary. As I was ordering from the website I had some queries regarding the item before I decided to purchase and received prompt personal replies from Rafael. I live in the UK and there was no problem with shipping. The piece I ordered is of excellent quality and was just as described on the website. Unique jewellery designs with great customer service, this place is truly a great find.

My wife and I were on our ninth visit to the BEAUTIFUL country of Israel and were looking for a really nice ephod. We visited many jewelry stores in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem to no success !THEN we visited "Rafael Jewelry Designer" and there it was the prettiest ephod we had seen anywhere!!! We not only bought the ephod, we also bought a beautiful ring for me and one for my wife. We were so ecstatic with our purchases that when we returned to Dallas, Texas I called Rafael and ordered another ring with the Eliat stone, with the STAR of DAVID on it! As a Christian we LOVE ISRAEL, her people and her RICH HISTORY, may GOD always BLESS this GREAT COUNTRY!!!! don & damaris knobler

I would highly recommend Rafael Jewellery. From my initial email enquiry till my visit to the shop (when I was in Jerusalem on a visit), the service was first class. I was treated respectfully and the ring he made for me (in memory of my late father) was exquisite. It is a silver ring with the gold lion in the centre. It was then sent within a week to my home in Spain. A great experience and I will buy again from Rafael in the future. Shalom and God bless!!

Rafael Jewelry Designer prepared THE most beautiful Eilat necklace for me! It was just what I had been looking for. The design and size were exactly what I needed. I located it online and ordered it: a very simple process. It arrived quickly and I was excited to wear it immediately. Throughout the process for its arrival, Rafael was in constant contact with me assuring the success of its arrival. He responded in a timely fashion to any questions, and he also assisted me with a matter not related to the purchase. This is true customer service, and this customer service will help me remember this business (Rafael Jewelry Designer), and will assure future purchases! Rafael is the BEST!!!

Rafael’s work is absolutely exquisite and impeccably made! I recently purchased 2 pairs of earrings through his web site which arrived safely and beautifully wrapped in only a week’s time. Each pair revealed his many years of expertise with a design that was unique yet classic. Rafael's pieces are truly works of art that will surely become heirlooms in the years to come!

I am a typical, hardworking guy from the United States. I don't like shopping. I know little about jewelry and even less about Judaism. I married into a family with Jewish roots. I was both honored and flattered when my wife's aunt invited me into her home with open arms to celebrate Hanukkah 2017. Ever since then, I've wanted to get something very special to show how much I appreciated that, and what could be more special than a gift from the homeland? With that said, I found Rafael Jewelry Designer online. Feeling very timid with my lack of knowledge, I decided to reach out and start asking questions. Not only was I assisted in a very timely and professional manner, but I was also given different options within my price range along with some knowledge of the history of such items as the Eilat stone and Roman glass. I ultimately decided to purchase the Large Teardrop Golden Ornament Eilat Stone Necklace. Let me tell you, when they informed me that pictures do no justice, that was a polite understatement...It is ABSOLUTELY stunning and I know my aunt will love this piece! I received my order on time in the three days I was told it would take to arrive at my residence in the United States. The time and attention I was given along with the caring and knowledge made Rafael Jewelers the obvious choice. I will gladly do business with them again in the future and should I find myself in Israel, I will make it a priority to do business in person. I was so glad I stumbled on this delightful shop. The jewelry was original and reasonably priced. Beautiful pieces that were unique. Very personalized service and so accommodating. A real gem for sure.
