I highly Recommend Eli and tzurtours! We took a trip to Israel for two weeks to celebrate my nephews Bar Mitzvah. I wanted my family to have the most memorable trip in Israel. I can’t say enough on how amazing Eli was on the tours he provided. He planned the whole day from transportation to the most delicious restaurants. He went above and beyond to provide the most amazing kid friendly yet historical tours for the adults. The age ranged in our family was from 1 to 86 year old. And he had something for everyone! He took us on tour of Masada, Ein Gadi, city of David and around the old city in Jerusalem. He was captivating extremely knowledgeable and the best tour guide we had. If your looking for a meaningful and fun trip to Israel, I would give Eli 10 stars if I could! - s.e Woodmere NY

Eli was an excellent tour guide for the ten days we traveled with him in Israel, and we enjoyed the friendly and informative environment he created. He is knowledgeable about the historical sites, but also shared some beautiful and special spots in nature as well. He was helpful in establishing a realistic itinerary, and was flexible and receptive to making a few adjustments along the way based on what we most wanted to see and what our interests were. We managed to travel the full length of the country during our trip, and he helped us really make the most of our time there. He was always on time and accommodating throughout – at one point going above and beyond to help us locate a hard-to-find pharmacy item. I recommend him highly. Bonnie Billingsley

One of my best experiences in Israel was this solo tour to the ancient city of Beit She'an. It's an extraordinarily well preserved place in Northern Israel, not as visited as the other Roman times jewel, Cesarea Maritima. It's actually older, it was known as Scythopolis in the Hellenistic era, and it has more buildings, all of them incredibly maintained. The tour from Tel Aviv was a dream, across valleys and hills, and all this trip gets much better when the guide is someone with so much historic information as Eli. Also so talktive and attentive as he is. I work in the tourism business, in Miami, so I can tell when a person is good at a profession like this. Eli is perfect, especially if you love Israel, because he knows everything about this marvelous country.

We highly; recommend Tzur tours for any visit to Israel. Eli of Tzur tours met the challenge of providing a private tour for a Christian couple visiting Israel for the first time with Jewish friends who had made multiple trips over many years. Eli helped plan an individualized itinerary. After spending time together, Eli listened to our interests and made suggestions which further enhanced our visit. We visited the Western Wall and marveled at the beauty of the Hurva Synagogue. What an experience to then walk under the square in front of the synagogue to view the excavation of a High Priest's home destroyed in 70AD. The view of the Sea of Galilee from the Golan Hts was a highlight for everyone. The visit to Magdala, a first century synagogue only discovered in 2011, was added at the last minute and was incredibly meaningful. Eli was knowledgeable, flexible and fun to engage. He did keep us moving and learning. We spent three full days with Eli touring. It was a memorable trip and we feel we have a new friend in Israel. We hope to return and would definitely use Tzur tours again.

I highly recommend Eli for touring Israel. I've been in Israel more than 10 times and had only done "Group Bus Tours" previously. In addition to recommending Eli, I definitely recommend finding some friends and doing a private tour. We picked out the sights we wanted to see and told him we had 5 days to work with. We saw the famous sites as well as some off of the beaten path. If you let him know what your interest is, he will not disappoint. He is also very knowledgeable and adds another dimension. I went to Caesarea for the third time and learned many new things! We had up to 13 people depending on the day with varying levels of energy and Eli made it all work. We made a hotel in Ramat Gan (Kfar Maccabiah) our home base and left every day from there with Eli. Our driver was "Shabby" who I also definitely recommend.
