From the process of making the itinerary to the experience of the tours it was excellent. The patience and flexibility to put together our itinerary was excellent. Hind was attentive and always helpful, flexible and friendly all the time. We stayed 6 nights 7 days in Israel, the attention of Izza (the driver) and Ariel (the guide) were outstanding. Both made us feel good all the time, they took care of us and helped us to always learn something new. It was an enriching and spectacular trip. We definitely want to return! Recommended 100%…

I was a bit worried about the security issues before travelling and didn't know what to expect... We were greeted with a nice car that has Wi-Fi and the driver gave us bottles of water. I was very happy with the care that was given to us by our tour consultant Hind who made it feel very personal and tailored. I wish I stayed longer! there is so much to see and such little time. The price seemed a bit high at first but after actually going there and seeing the other advertised tours it felt like I got a great deal and considering the care and service I would say it's a bargain. The owner of the company passed by the last night to the hotel and asked about the tour and for the feedback directly, he even gave us a local handmade soap which was very thoughtful. would consider them for jordan too maybe next year…

I didn't know what to expect going to Israel after hearing so much about it from the news. It was a very special trip indeed. I'm really glad my husband and I did this trip. We went to tel aviv, stayed in Jerusalem, and went to Bethlehem. I am recommending it to all our friends. The travel agency helped us with all the arrangements and I would recommend them as well…

Travelled with my wife to Israel for 4 days. We were based in Jerusalem and traveled from there. The Steps Tours team took care of everything. Hind was really professional and was very responsive. I would like to go again since there was a lot to see and four days aren't enough to see it all. 5/5…

Tour was well planned. We did not have a tour guide so the owner spent six hours and gave us a guided tour. Nice car with WI-FI. Insist on English speaking driver
