We were a small group of 8 close friends on a private guided trip thru Israel for a little over two weeks. Puzzle Israel worked tirelessly with us to help develop our ideal itinerary and see as much of the country as possible, experience the different cultures, cities, neighborhoods, experience the different cuisines, the amazing markets, enjoy the mountains, the ocean, nature reserves and the the desert and even a bit of Jordan.
Our tour guide, Nimrod, was an amazing and wonderful person, educated, trained, and knowledgeable about the history, the many different cultures, the geology, architecture, the people, the cuisine. He was patient, kind and flexible , joyful and always interesting! We all hope he will visit us in Boston and the outer Cape!

The guide, Javier, not pnly spoke perfect spanish but also was extremely knowledgeable of everything related to Israel's history and culture. His understanding of Jewish and Christian religions made us see under new and surprising angles, the story of Christ and His life. Wonderful!

Puzzle provided us an excellent itinerary for two couples combining historical and outside the box activities we enjoyed. Excellent guide, hotels and transportation. They even help plan a trip to Petra Jordan.

The trip was amazing! We were with kids ranging in age from 8-15, and all the kids and adults had a great time. We have all been to israel many times before, but this was our first time working with puzzle and really touring and doing activities as a family, and we loved it so much! From the food tours to the scavenger hunts to the Fauda experience, the sorek caves more - it was awesome. All the restaurants were great too, and puzzle was so accommodating to all our needs. Our guide and driver were amazing as well! Highly recommend.

Puzzle planned the most fabulous adventure for me and my family for a two week trip in Israel. Our guide Uri was amazing, and the entire trip made us feel connected to Israel, Judaism and the people through the experiences and connections that were so thoughtfully curated by the Puzzle team. We would have never been able to find the type of food, history, nature, and religious experiences that the Puzzle team put together during this trip. Every detail, every day, from the time we landed until the day we left was thoughtfully organized and made our time in Israel magical.

Many thanks to Puzzle Israel for a very well organized tour of Israel and Jordan. Everything ran like clockwork, with excellent guides (particularly Javier!). All the organized transport and tour guides were perfectly on time and very knowledgeable and also made us feel very safe throughout our tours. Many thanks to Puzzle for also going beyond the call of duty in helping us organize alternative flights when our own arrangements were cancelled!

This was my families first trip to Israel with 2 young teenagers and everyone loved it. From an amazing guide that totally related to the kids sense of humor, to top notch experiences whether it was an active activity, culinary activity or a history lesson. Everybody was professional and very knowledgable in their subject areas. Would recommend Puzzle for any trip and look forward to our next adventure together!

Puzzle Israel planned an incredible trip. It was incredibly organized, fun, exciting, just perfect. The company went above and beyond expectations. Our family learned about the history of Israel and about religion, the various areas throughout Israel and loved the food tours, as well. Our guide was top notch.

We are still processing our fantastic trip and all the memories that were made. Puzzle really made us feel special and took care of all of our needs. If there were issues, they were resolved. If we needed something, they made it happen. My son's Bar Mitzvah was truly magical and the tour guides they chose (Nimrod and Tal) were fantastic. I wish the people I worked with here in the states could all be like Inbar! She is a true gem and makes it all happen. Tomer, Gabo and the rest of the team are so wonderful and made sure our trip was perfect.

Our temple group selected Puzzle Israel as our tour company for a congregational trip. We chose them based on a recommendation from another congregation and after speaking with them we realized their vision was the same as ours. We are sadly coming to the end of an 8 day tour. This was my first trip to Israel and it has to be one of my best trips EVER.
Fell in love with all of the Puzzle team! We always had a minimum of 2-3 guides with us which allowed the team to modify/change logistics based on individuals needs and expectations.
The tour they put together was based on what we wanted and not a set itinerary that had to be followed. Several of our group couldn't make the hike to Masada so one of the guides took them up the tram later in the morning while the rest of the group hiked the mountain for sunrise.
Puzzle isn't a tour group that hits ALL the sites just to say we did it. We hit all major sites that were important to our group but what Puzzle accomplished was showing us the real Israel.
We had lunch on a kibbutz where we picked vegetables food from the fields and eggs from the chicken coop and then as a group we all participated in the cooking.
We toured a dairy farm and drank the best chocolate milk. We had the opportunity to speak with a mother who lost her son in the war. We got to see what it is like to be an Israeli and the struggles they face. We had the opportunity to actual experience Israel and not just tour it.
If you want to run around to sites to "hit it all" then this is not the company for you. If you want the experience of a lifetime to actually see what and how Israelis live then you have found the perfect tour group!
I will be so sad to say goodbye to our new friends!! I will miss them and will always be thankful for what they have given me... Wonderful memories and an experience I never imagined having when I signed up for the trip.

Certainly bike trips in the Judean Hills surrounding Jerusalem as I experienced-certainly did a 9 hour walking tour of Jerusalem-the value add of Puzzle is for them to customize to your desires and abilities.
