I went on a tour of the Old City of Jerusalem with Elad a year ago with a group of 12 and had an amazing experience! I was planning to send another group this past March, however we were forced to cancel because of COVID-19. Elad reached out and offered to do a Virtual Tour & Experience for our group via Zoom. It was a really beautiful experience and helped us to momentarily leave our physical space in quarantine and truly be present to one another. He shared with us his story & experience via Zoom. He utilized Google Earth to take us on a virtual tour of the Old City and shared with us the stories of the holy sites there. Such a wonderful experience in the midst of all this chaos and change. I highly recommend requesting a virtual tour with him during this time!

Elad is perfect for the group of intellectuals, adventurers, educators and journalists. As a cradle Catholic with super-religious parents, he was able to share so much that would be meaningful to me, he showed a Benedectine monastery that was not overrun by tourists....where you actually the sense of peace as sounds echo through...all that of course to contrast the destructiveness of its founders, the Crusaders, who were anything but peaceful. An anthropology major in college, he also showed me an extraordinarily well-preserved archaeological site from the Canaanites, that featured an impressive irrigation and laundry system. No matter where you go in the world, if you go on a lot of tours, they start to blend in...you could be on any continent and they start to feel the same. Not with Elad. You don't feel like you're on a "tour" with Elad, butmore that you're being guided as a friend, and explore a place where people can, on the one hand, be divided by deeply held tensions and history, but also be very open, connected and warmly receiving. Before his current work in facilitation and education, Elad Vazana was actually leading a very successful career in high-tech but deliberately put that aside to pursue higher mission and calling in. Looking back, Elad is very alpha male, and is great in peace in the way that he was strong in business, technology and the military...really book-smart and street-smart, very capable of figuring things out, very good with people.

I have spent 10 days in Israel with a group of wonderful people and we were guided by Elad every step of the way. The tour was perfectly organized, I felt safe and looked after in every moment. Elad is extremely professional and highly knowledgeable. I felt as if I was in the company of a human encyclopedia. Elad's insightful and compassionate approach made a big difference. He offered us a unique perspective on Israel's culture and history and by the time we needed to part ways I felt as if I was saying goodbye to a long time friend. I am extremely grateful to him and his team for making my Israel trip an unforgettable one. I returned home a richer and a better human being. Thank you Elad and see you again soon❣

Of all the tours we've been on, this one was the most profound and impactful. Elad expertly weaved the the story of the past, present and possible futures of the region in both an engaging and enlightening way. He is a true shepherd with his "flock."

We toured with Elad as our guide for 11 days. His knowledge of Israel, of its sites, of its lifestyle and people, and his personal insights and sensitivities of our group’s varied interests and backgrounds was remarkable. He is a warm caring person and has a wonderful sense of humor. His personal insights and life story made our tour seem as if it had been put together just for us. Couldn’t be any better!! He worked tirelessly for long hours to deliver very caring guidance.
