return visit

On this visit I met the owner, and had the opportunity to tell her what I've already told friends and Tripadvisor readers -- that this is one of the most enjoyable shopping experiences in Jerusalem.

The inventory literally has something for everyone -- on anyone's budget. Whether you're shopping for yourself or for souvenirs, you are very likely to find exactly what you need.

I live in Jerusalem and I go to this shop whenever I want to find a unique present. The shopping area is beautiful, there is a big variety, and the customer service is great. Recommended to anyone.

save your shopping shekels for this store.....

I thought I had made this amazing, incredible new discovery -- and then I go to Tripadvisor and find 44 other deliriously happy shoppers have already posted!

This is, for sure, my favourite gift shop in Jerusalem.

Not only did I purchase most of my souvenir gifts here, but I also planned ahead and bought presents for upcoming occasions.

The store is visually stunning, with interesting and beautiful items in every direction -- but it is not at all crowded or messy.

The prices are very fair.

There's a wonderfully friendly energy here -- you will be happy you stopped by.

Hipster gift paradise in old Jerusalem!
Jan 2017 • Friends
I LOVE this gift shop! It's located on a fabulous little street in the heart of the city center in Jerusalem! This shop is my #1 go to stop in Jerusalem for cool, modern, kitschy and original gifts in Israel! If you worry about getting something that you would need to take on a plane, don't be! Lilach was so sweet and helpful; she generously wrapped my gift and then boxed it up with extra bubble wrap so it would be safe to travel abroad! Overall this gift shop is really cute, very affordable and has a wide selection of funky items to help you leave a lasting impression!

Funky and Unusual Finds
Jan 2017 • Solo
What a fun gift shop right in the heart of City Centre! I first discovered J'aime Happy Gifts in Dec 2015 when I was delighted to be able in one stop to cross off lots of Chanukah gifts from my list. This Jan 2017 visit I picked up a pair of socks imprinted with Van Gogh's Starry Night; a large nylon tote that, when folded, fits into a 4"x4" matching zippered pouch; a charming gift card; translucent plastic envelopes with a pretty floral design; a 2-dimensional stained-glass-looking hummingbird that adheres to any (clean) window and that's reusable; and three round plastic coils for ponytails. I keep thinking about the Hipster Art and may return tomorrow to pick up the image of Trump. A local artist paints famous personages as hip, rendering Trump with tatts showing beneath his short-sleeved tropical shirt, his hair shaved short on the sides with the front flip flying! Oh--he has a nose ring as well! Hillary's image had longish hair that's purple on the lower half! Hipster art comes in larger pictures--maybe 12"x12"? or on coasters or on greeting cards. I'm thinking of framing a greeting card. I really liked the black scratchable world map that allows one to scratch off the foil from a country one has visited as a record of one's travels. There are creative handmade pins featuring ladies wearing 1920s style hats. My nylon tote is imprinted with Munch's The Scream. Another unusual item is vegan chocolate. This relatively small shop is just packed with cool stuff--and it's wheelchair accessible. The young shopkeeper, Lilach, enjoyed pointing out and explaining different items to me and other customers. She even offered to gift wrap my purchases after putting the small hair coils in a nylon drawstring pouch. I never considered reviewing a shop before, but this one is special.

What a great find in Jerusalem! The owner is a lovely lady who is happy to help and great to chat to. Some really interesting and cool pieces - like the wall clocks. Also love the selection of pictures of Israel they have.

Original and special gift shop
Jul 2016 • Friends
A very nice little shop, which just moved to its new location on the pedestrian street of Yoel Moshe Salomon in picturesque Nahlat Shiva quarter. The shop has a variety of special and original gifts for every occasion which you will not find everywhere. I just loved browsing around and finding great new ideas for gifts.

Such a cute shop and sweet staff
Apr 2016 • Solo
Meeting Lilach and shopping at her cute little gift shop was one of the highlights of my Jerusalem trip. She was really friendly and helpful, and she also found me on Instagram and we are staying connected this way now. :) The gifts are all very sweet and cutesy, and also unique, and everything is reasonably priced, and there's a lot of cat stuff for cat lovers (myself!). I would recommend it highly! :)
