The best of the best!

If you want to experience Israel at full, Yuval Tours is the way to go. This was my fourth trip to Israel and by far the best experience. Yuval is very knowledgeable and explains the meaning of each site and how it relates to each different religion. It doesn’t matter your believes, he explains it from every angle. We also got to go to places and see things we would have not gotten to experience if we went with one of the many go by the book tour agencies. He planned the schedule according to our interest and we couldn’t we happier.

Passionate Tour Guide

Me and my wife are thankful that Yuval was our tour guide, he is very knowledgeable of the land and made sure we had the BEST experience from mount of olives to old city Jerusalem till Bethlehem. His private car was very comfortable and a safe driver. We felt like he was a brother to us and not just a tour guide.

The highest recommendation for Yuval

Yuval is extremely knowledgeable and he is a delight to spend a week with. This was our first trip to Israel and our first time using a private guide for a week and we couldn’t be more thrilled. Yuval put together the perfect itinerary and he educated us on history, religion, culture, food and politics. Best of all, Yuval was so easy to be around- giving us space when we needed it and giving us guidance when needed. We have recommended Yuval to all our friends and family and every time we go back to Israel we will be hiring Yuval.

A Fantastic Experience in Israel

We spent six full days with Yuval touring many major sites from the Golan Heights in the North to Masada in the south. While every site we visited was incredible, we especially loved our two days with him in Jerusalem. He was a warm and engaging guide who was genuinely concerned about the quality of our experience. His keen sense of history and his clever sense of humor combined to provide a unique experience for us. Based on our interests and personal curiosity, he planned out a full program that allowed us to immerse ourselves in the rich history of the region. When invited to do so, he was also willing to share his personal perspective on both Israeli and regional geopolitical issues. Given that he was also our driver (and we covered a lot of territory), it was an added benefit that he is a good driver and we felt safe with him at the wheel. He also had a great sense as to when to educate and provide information and when to simply allow the richness of the historical sites to wash over us. As a same sex couple, he made us feel comfortable and welcome which we very much appreciated. He is really smart, very knowledgeable and takes his role as tour guide very seriously. Our trip to Israel was among our most memorable trips ever.... in large part because of Yuval.

A day with Yuvi!

Words can not express the amazing experience I had in a solo tour to Masada and the Dead Sea with Yuvi. We began our trip in Mount Olive. We had a lengthly conversation there that would later prove amazing as I toured Jerusalem. The way he discussed historical landmarks, facts and history then tied them to the current mentality of the region was amazing. It wasn’t just a tour. It was interaction about time. I felt special from hello. I found our time together to be so educational, informative, inspiring, interesting and fun. When we were done I felt special and more knowledgeable. I felt as if I was on a tour of the region with an old friend. I will never forget my time with Yuvi. I suggest you forget what others have told you and book private. If I had been on a group tour, I can assure you that I would not have the feelings and memories I carry with me today from our tour.

Over the years I have been a tour guide, I’ve learned not to take anything for granted: the fact that I feel moved and excited by many of the places we visited doesn’t always mean that the tourist will feel the same way. Great Tour

Yuval was a great guide for our day trip to Jerusalem. He is kind, fun and really knows his way around the old city. We appreciated his ability to describe the nuances of the city. Obviously Jerusalem has struggled during the pandemic and unfortunately some of the hidden gem spots did not survive -- but Yuval did everything he could to take us around. He also knew the "less touristy" spots for food which was awesome.

My only regret was that I wish we could have spent more time in the Jewish quarter as I feel may have over indexed on the other sites ... but its tough as there are only so many hours in a day. My suggestion would be to book more time with Yuval. Perhaps a few days to really unpack the history of all of Jerusalem. That said it was a great tour and we enjoyed it.

Tel Aviv to Masada, the Dead Sea and Jerusalem with Yuval - a perfect trip

Yuval provided an amazing trip for my dad and me. It was the highlight of our Israel visit. Amazing!!!! He took us from Tel Aviv to Masada, the Dead Sea, the place where Jesus was baptized and Jerusalem. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and very friendly. Yuval was very attentive to our needs. Very fair pricing. No issues at all. If I went back to Israel, he us the only guide I would hire. I wish we could have spent more than two days with Yuval.

Yuval was great. Extensive knowledge about the history of Jerusalem brought in an interesting and entertaining way. Thoroughly enjoyed the tour from the beginning til the end.
