I booked Shin Tours for my family's trip to Israel. I have been to/lived in Israel 4 times before; but, no one in my family has ever been. Needless to say, it was the best, most organized tour I have ever been on. Prior to our arriving, they helped us set up the perfect itinerary, book hotels, arrange airport transit and service, and anything else we needed. It was really easy knowing that someone would greet us once we got off the plane and a driver would greet us after the airport. Then, when our guide, Amit, arrived, Shin Tours constantly checked in to make sure everything was ok. Our guide, Amit, was so knowledgeable about everything and, even though I had been to Tzfat and other places many, many times, still showed us some cool new things. He was punctual every morning and we all looked forward to seeing him. Overall, it was the best tour company I have ever used in Israel and I would really recommend them to anyone whose first to nth time it is!

Spent just over one week on a Bat Mitzvah celebratory tour of Israel and Jordan orchestrated by Shin Tours and lead by Ron Sinai. We were a group of 13 and we simply could not have experienced a more robust, interesting, fun, luxurious and expertly arranged tour, completely customized to meet the diverse needs and interests of our group. From the many historical sites (Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Dead Sea, Petra) to stimulating outdoorsy adventures (desert Jeep rides, stargazing, hikes in the Ramon Crater region) to the quality of the hotels and restaurants, everything met or exceeded my expectations and made for a very rewarding vacation.
We were expertly guided by Ron Sinai. Ron possessed a deep knowledge of much of the ancient and modern history of Israel and made learning about the various sites we visited fun for all ages. He was a go to resource for any information we needed about additional sites to see, places to eat or establishments to visit for art, jewelry, etc. To top it off, he is simply a very nice, enthusiastic and engaging fellow with a remarkable sense of humor and ability to motivate and unify the collective spirit of our group. I would, without reservation, hire him or recommend him to others as a guide in whatever capacity one might need (historical, culinary or nature oriented tour, etc).
Overall, this was a highlight of many adventures in which I've engaged over the years and I am grateful to Ron, Mireille and the others at Shin Tours for taking such great care of us and facilitating all arrangements for this to be a successful endeavor.

Our 10 day tour with Shin Tours was the trip of a lifetime! The experience was seamless and incredible from beginning to end. To start, they presented us with a sample itinerary and worked with our family’s desires and wishes to eventually craft the perfect tour for us. Communication was excellent and they were very attentive to my family’s questions and wishes. The rabbi they suggested to lead my son‘s bar mitzvah was phenomenal. We FaceTimed with him many times before we left for our trip to ensure my son was ready for his bar mitzvah at the Kotel. The bar mitzvah was incredible - we couldn’t have been happier!
When we landed at Ben Gurion airport, we were greeted and had a quick and easy VIP experience through all of the lines to get our baggage. We had a wonderful driver who was punctual and always pleasant. The luxury van was always clean and stocked with cold water bottles.
I don’t have enough wonderful things to say about our amazing tour guide! He had an encyclopedia knowledge of Israel and its rich history. He was always on call and available for us no matter what we needed. He was super engaging, positive and upbeat, such a pleasure to be around, taught us so much, and connected with my entire family. He made this tour more extraordinary than we could’ve ever dreamed of. We are so thankful!
One more thing to say about Shin Tours - our flight home was canceled last minute due to East Coast thunderstorms in the USA. We urgently notified the office that evening and they worked quickly to ensure we had last minute hotel options for the night. They also arranged a driver to take us to the airport that next morning. They were so helpful with this last minute unexpected cancellation. I will happily recommend Shin Tours to our family/friends and to anyone looking to have the most incredible experience touring Israel! Toda Raba!

From the time we were picked up at Amman airport, to visiting Jordan, our border crossing, and a truly wonderful tour of Israel, Shin tours arranged our trouble free and rewarding sojourn. Thank you Mireille. Jaber, our tour guide in Jordan, shared his love and knowledge of his country. His “day job“ is director of excavations at Petra, and he obviously took great joy in showing us his “home.” Our wonderful guide in Israel Danna was a constant source of historical information and interesting anecdotes about life in Israel. Her ability to speak colloquial American English despite never having been to the US was phenomenal. When we left her after week at the end of our tour, it truly felt like we now have family in Israel.

We cannot begin to express our heartfelt thanks for a trip of a lifetime. Asaf, Sima and the best tour guide in the world Ron Sinai made every moment memorable. We had scheduled our trip for 2020 and Covid happened. Asaf worked with us and we were finally able to go March 28. From the moment we arrived we knew we were in capable hands. We were in beautiful hotels and enjoyed so many memorable experiences. Lunch with the Druse, Palm Sunday in Bethlehem and Petra were truly highlights of the trip. Ron brought the Holy Land to life for us as he portrayed kings, Shepards and disciples. He is a bigger than life personality and only wish we could have videoed our entire time with him. We left Israel knowing we had made a dear friend. We love the way he deviated from the tour plan and showed us sights we wouldn’t have seen. His perspective on the Jewish, Christian and Muslim history of the Holy Land left us hungry for a deeper understanding of the complexities of this most sacred land. We highly recommend Shinn Tours if you want a trip of a lifetime with personal service from start to finish. Do not be afraid to visit this wonderful land as they are on top of the current situation daily and you are probably safer here than in New York City.

We had been exposed to Shin Tours thru a prior trip to Israel and Jordan and were not sure if they had the capabilities to handle our recent trip to Egypt and Morocco with another couple. We were pleasantly surprised! Asaf and his team were knowledgeable and responsive, and our two week trip could not possibly have gone more smoothly. In the planning stage, they were very solicitous of our desires and helped us craft an itinerary that perfectly matched our interests. All of our lodgings (including the boat on the Nile) were first rate, and we had a fantastic private guide in each country who catered to our every need. We could not have been more pleased with Shin Tours.

If you are looking for or considering hiring a guide for Israel and require the utmost in professionalism, attention to detail and caring customer service then Shin Tours should be your go to source for the best experience possible in Israel. I traveled to Israel for the very first time in May with my sister. We had VIP treatment every step of the way. We fell in love with Israel straight away and were enjoying ourselves so much we decided to extend our trip and explore Israel further. Shin was able to accommodate or itinerary requests and extension. While I cannot say we discovered it all, we covered a lot; from the historical and cultural to whimsical and cool to the moving and thought provoking all of it was super fine. It is an extraordinary and fascinatingly nuanced place with a profoundly unique history much of which was captured and conveyed by our guide. There is no doubt we made the right choice with Shin Luxury Tours and are grateful that we were able to leave a bit in awe and a bit smarter. Would hire them in a heartbeat and will certainly be back for another visit in the future.

Ron Sinai is by far the best travel guide we've ever experienced! Ron and his amazing team at Shin Tours went above & beyond to ensure we had the most amazing travel experiences throughout Israel. He's so personable and knowledgeable and always went the extra mile to ensure our customized tours went beyond our expectations. I highly recommend Ron and Shin Tours for truly unforgettable travel experiences and will definitely use them again on our next Israeli adventures!

I can’t thank you enough for an absolutely amazing trip!
Amatai was absolutely amazing. We felt blessed to have him as our guide. He has a vast, extensive and detailed knowledge of the Holy Land and we very much enjoyed our time touring with him.
All of the guides were great and very knowledgable and made our trip fantastic.
The itinerary was planned perfectly and every detail was looked after and we felt very well taken care of all along the way. The hotels were perfect with great locations. Mitzpie Hayamim was exceptionally nice. The airport pickup and transportation seamless.
Thank you for your time over the past two years putting this together for us.
We would highly recommend Shin tours to anyone looking to visit Israel!

My wife and I toured Egypt with Shin Tours. I have to say that from the outset of planning the trip through to the conclusion Shin Tours exceeded any expectations I would reasonably expect to have. If you want a tour that is customized and tailored to your needs and desires, you are absolutely in the right hands with this company. They literally will do everything possible to include or exclude excursions, including making some last minute alterations to the itinerary.
The guide they assigned to our tour was absolutely incredible. He was an Egyptologist of some renown, as well as being a professor of Egyptology. More importantly, given the amount of time we spend with him, he was a wonderful human being.
I can't say enough about how wonderful our tour experience with Shin Tours was.
