Russell Lord is the best! If you want professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail Russell is your agent. He kept in touch with us throughout our time in Israel and Jordan to ensure that our trip was going smoothly. We highly recommend Russell and Kenes Tours without reservation.

My wife and I had an incredible six day tour of Israel. I asked Russell Lord of Kenes Tours for a Christian pilgrimage tour of Israel with a Christian guide. He came through like unbelievable. Our terrific guide Daniel Sahwani was all we could have asked for and then some. He met us as we entered Israel from Jordon. Our first stop was at the Jordon where John baptized Christ and then on to Jericho and then to the Sea of Galilee. The sites we saw there were so moving Then Up to Jerusalem, oh my, we saw it all and were so pleased with our experience. Daniel speaks excellent English, Hebrew and Arabic which is quite handy in this country and can get you into place not easily done. Daniel knows some wonderful places to eat. We ate twice at Abu Zooz in Bethlehem. Trust me ask any taxi driver or desk clerk where is the best lamb. They answer Abu Zooz. Wonderful food and plenty of it.

Words cannot express the awesomeness of this trip. The group was treated like dignitaries, the hotels were fabulous, the food delicious and non ending. The tour guide - There is no one else like him- David is definitely the best, well informed, walking encyclopedia tour guide in Israel. Kenes Tours how to arrange and plan to meet your needs. They think of everything. They have my 5 stars!

My husband and I had wonderful planning help and on-site support last fall (Nov 2019) from Kenes Tours. Benny is an incredible listener and interpreter of our thoughts and wishes for our private 2 week tour of Israel. It was our second tour there and we wanted to focus “under the skin” of the country and not repeat much of what a first-timer needs to see. We had great hotels, services and, most importantly, amazing guides plus incredible Q & A sessions with local geopolitical specialists. We were delighted with the unique experiences tailored to our budget and preferences.

This was a tour for 7 days with 12 teens. Jacob Klaven was a great tour operator and was very prompt with communication. He answered all of my questions and put together a wonderful itinerary for our group. The hotel that was booked for us in Tel Aviv, Port and Blue TLV Suites, was fantastic with comfortable rooms and great breakfast. We also had multiple meals out of the hotels and they were all fantastic! Some of our itinerary had to be changed because of heavy rain, and between Jacob and our tour guide, they did a good job of accommodating us. We found that there were too many museums on our trip, which did not all appeal to the teens. We will make sure to fix that on our next tour. I would never recommend anyone to take the Polish Airline, LOT, even if it is the cheaper airline. The flight from Chicago to Warsaw has been delayed since October (we flew in December), and we got into Israel 8 hours later than our expected arrival.
