Mordecai Weiss is a delightful, spiritual, extremely knowledgeable and fun guide. If you are not religious, do not be put off by his status as a rabbi who formerly led a Chabad in New Jersey. No matter how you practice Judaism, or even if you are not Jewish, Mordecai is himself comfortable leading you within your comfort zone and, as a result, you will be very comfortable having him as your guide. We have been with many guides in Israel over many years and there is none better than Mordecai. P.S. If you have children, they will delight in his ability to make Israel come alive for them. He has quite a few of his own (and a multitude of grandkids) and he knows how to "get down" with the kids.

Wow! What a great guy who gave us a tour of Hebron with so much knowledge & love!
I was looking for a guide to give a live tour to my husband thru FaceTime, since we live in Miami and we were not able to travel as planned to Israel this summer. Mordechai was very honest, punctual & delivered exactly what I had asked. He was thorough and very knowledgeable and made our virtual live tour an experience to remember! He was able to keep my (knowledgeable) husband, as well as my young kids excited, engaged and fully focused on the guide for the entire 45 min. I highly recommend him as a tour guide and we will be using him again, as well as when we finally are able to travel again.
Thank you Rabbi Guide!

Mordechai is the BEST! He is warm, knowledgeable, patient, and more! He is everything you would want for a family tour guide. The kids LOVED him and have missed him since the moment we parted ways. We loved all of the history, stories, and extra special spots that he shared with us. He spoke in a way the kids could not only understand but in a way that inspired them to ask more questions and fall in love with the land of Israel. I know the kids want to come back which makes one happy mama! It’s not good bye…. It’s Lihitraot Mordechai!

We exchanged emails in advance so he knew what we wanted to see and learn. He suggested minor variations to my suggested itinerary which made the day so much better. He listened to our questions and made this a truly customized tour. We even got him to talk "off script" so that he was willing to share sincere personal thoughts and feelings. Our day with Mordechai was one of the highlights of a once-in-a-life time trip.

Rabbi Weiss took me and my husband on a full day trip up the jordan valley from the Dead Sea area all the way up to tzfat. We weren’t exactly sure what we wanted to see so we gave him a general idea and he crafted a tour for us. Midway through the day when we were at the kineret my husband mentioned he would love to go to the golan heights. So that’s what we did. Rabbi Weiss took us to a recently reconstructed ancient shul which was incredible and off the beaten path. Not anything we would have known to go see on our own. Rabbi Weiss was super flexible and patient with us. He showed us sights all along the way up north and was just a fountain of the most interesting facts (ancient to modern) about Israel. We highly recommend him for touring all over israel.

My husband and I have been to Israel many, many times, and have hired several different guides over the years. I presented Mordechai Weiss (RabbiGuide) with the challenge of finding us something new and appropriate for Tu B'shvat, and he met the challenge head on! We toured the Jordan Valley with him, from ATV riding outside of Mitzpeh Yericho (thanks Bentzi), to a Goat farm where they make fresh cheese, to an Argan oil farm, a place where dates are made into Vodka! and a few biblical sites as well...Gilgal/Argaman and the shores of the Jordan River. As a finale, we planted 2 trees (eucalyptus and carob) on a hilltop overlooking the area.
Mordechai was amazing! Talkative, yet not overmuch, played to all of our interests (agriculture, fighting BDS, bible, archaeology) and made the day so fun!

Very knowledgeable!
We took a 2 hour Zoom tour of Hebron with Rabbi Weiss.
It was really informative, he kept the pace up, and he worked with us to make sure we saw the key points we wanted to make sure to see plus more!
We messaged beforehand so he knew what we wanted the focus of the tour to be and he was always quick to respond.
We really enjoyed it and we highly recommend this experience for anyone.

My wife and I (and daughter, this time) had the opportunity to spend the day with Mordecai on a brief visit to Israel. This was not our first tour with him and, based on past experience, we always try and save at least a day for some quality touring with him. This time, it was a special visit to Herodium and the surrounding areas. We will be back, hopefully to include some more quality time with him.

We recently returned from a week long trip to Israel. While we were there we spent a day touring with Rabbi Weiss. He is by far the best tour guide we have had. He was totally patient with us as we were were deciding where to tour. This was the THIRD time we have used him, and he still came up with new and fun things for us and our family to do and see. Rabbi Weiss has the ability to relate to all, young, old, religious, secular, nonjewish. Highly highly recommended for all types of groups.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our private lunches with Rabbi Mordechai because of his engaging manner when sharing his extensive knowledge and love of Israel. We are Christians and now understand and too love the Israelites. Our trip was in April 2011.
