We went with family ages 10 to 80 and we all loved it. It’s really educational and interesting and also fun. Highly recommend it. We went with a tour guide - otherwise I think a taxi would have a hard time finding it.

We've indeed had some trouble with some taxi drivers (though less and ways as GPS systems become evermore commonplace). The simple solution is give us a call (+972-2-566-5491) and we'll talk the driver through.

A visit to the Sifting Project is to hear and see our history - your children could find artifacts from pre-1st Temple period! Hundreds of truckloads of earth were removed and dumped from under the Temple Mount and incredibly, saved and brought back for sifting....More

Be the first to put your hands on artifacts from historical Jerusalem - you can't keep them but it is sure cool discovering them!

The Sifting is not currently active. We are not related to the Ir-David foundation anymore, who continue to operate the site with sifting material from other sites. We have no control on the directions they give to the sifting site at Tzurim Valley. We hope...More
