Our group was taken here. I had no idea what to expect, and I think most of the others were unsure also. It became one of the repeatably referred to sites we went. The guide made the Hebrew language come alive with the comments which used the vegetation we saw. She spoke of the almond blossom and fruit, hyssop, etc.... More

With a little planning, this is an incredible family experience. You can purchase trees from JNF online, and then book a time to plant them yourselves. When you arrive, you will be met at the visitor's center by a guide who will guide you to the tree planting location. Make sure you leave enough time in your schedule to appreciate... More

The park has several trails which are suitable for various seasons of the year. The signage includes Biblical passages for the plants, animals and instillation on display. If possible best to request a guided tour, or at least purchase a booklet with more in-depth information about what you see. Should be avoided in hot summer months, after 11 a.m.

Whilst I agree with all that has been written by previous reviews I have to point out that access to the place by car from the Tel Aviv end needs drastic improvement - one has to traverse an uncomfortable 350 metres dirt track, which requires repavement to a nature park of this quality. Coming from the Modiin side presents no... More

Walk into the past, between pine trees. Walk down the hill, throw those ancient garden, and smell the fresh trees and bushes. Recommended for visit at the autumn, winter and spring. Not far away from well designed city Modi'in.

Amazing experience. Theses a large interactive "Biblical Landscape Reserve" dedicated to the flora and lifestyle of ancient times. Hand on experience of sheep herding. My entire family loved every minute.

Of all the times I've been to Israel, I had never been to Neot Kedumim. I went with a group of educators from around the world and was truly impressed. Firstly, our guide Michal was not only an excellent and informed educator but incredibly passionate about telling the story of Israel through the land. This place is such a good... More

Our group stopped here for a half day and we loved it! An unusual tour in the Jerusalem area - very focused on the terrain and flora of the area. Our tour included an interactive stop of crushing hyssop leaves with mortar and pestal (sounds weird but was fun) and we were serenaded by a group of young Jewish students... More

I've been to Israel 8 times before and I've never heard of this place. So I was skeptical when it was recommended to me for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah. But it was the best possible choice. The facility was rustic but authentic and fun. The Sukkah where the Bat Mitzvah was held was a unique special place. The tour after... More

Biblical garden and nature reserve. Beautiful location, great and informatve tous. Many fun activities for children (especially during holidays). Visited today on the eve of Chanuka and saw olive oil being pressed and a potter making and explaining the origin of clay lights. Meaty Kosher meals available if ordered in advance. A lovely day out near Modi'in.
