Extremely professional and personalized.
Each person associated with our day tour was informative, knowledgeable, polite and accommodating. It was a well run organization but it also felt like a small operation because they gave such personalized attention. I am not a fan of tour groups but sometimes they are just what is needed. Today we had a wonderful experience that felt like part tour group and part individualized itinerary. Our hats off to our tour guides. Funny man Ilyas and Ziyad our driver who was all warmth and hospitality.
And of course, the charming and magnetic tour guide Mohammad Qadri.

I've had a good experience with this tour. The staff was friendly and punctual. The tour guide did a great job and had a good english level. The one thing that I did not enjoy was the shop to which they take you to check the crafts. I understand that some people might want to buy gifts, but in my opinion this should not be included as a tour stop. The way I see it, it comes accross as a commercial stunt and a waste of time for people who want to focus on the cultural aspects of the country instead of the retail one.

Thank you for the review about the store we stop there for many reasons, 1. it is listed online in the itinerary 2. many people want to have a chance to shop in Bethlehem or support the local Christian community 3. Free toilet break and some free time 4. no pressure to buy anything unlike other tour companies/shops 5. also the free water/coffee/sweets and nice hospitality 6. please don't forget also the free gifts you got from the store.... 7. we finish all main sites and spend at least 3-4 on them then we spend only 20-25 mins at the store 8. we don't benefit from your shopping we clearly have their website on the itineraries we provide on the day of the tour and mention you can shop from them later online 9. you can check other reviews about how happy they are from visiting the store we go to

Had a great half day trip to Bethlehem with Elijah Tours. We were picked up on time. Our driver was friendly and able to give us interesting information on the way to meet our Palestinian Guide. Our guide was interesting and kept our group on track despite heavy rain and a wide age range. We loved Shepherds’ Fields, the Church of the Nativity, St Catherine’s Chapel and The Milk Grotto. The guide gave time for us to listen to the nuns singing in the latter. It was a fabulous trip, excellent value with a free water, coffee and baklava in the shop. Get’s my vote.

The visit to Bethlehem was very beautiful, to see the cradle of Jesus Christ and to see the place where he was born, especially with an amazing tour guide, who explained to us the history of Bethlehem, and answered all our inquiries, even we were a large group of tourists,
All the places I saw, including the Milk Grotto and the old city of Bethlehem and shepherds field .
When we finished Bethlehem and headed to Jericho, even though I knew that the trip would be without a guide, I was disappointed Because I relied on previous reviews that were excellent, however( I preferred to book a trip with a guide).
We had George’s companion with us, but his information was minimal, and we relied on some guidance from sites such as the Old City In Jericho To remember the story of Joshua from the Bible, and Hisham’s Palace.
I advise everyone to book and visit this tour , but it is better to be with a guide in Jericho so that you will not be disappointed.
Thanks.

Thank you for sharing your feedback about your recent visit to Bethlehem and Jericho. We're delighted that you had a wonderful time exploring Bethlehem and appreciated the insights provided by our tour guide. We genuinely understand your disappointment with the Jericho part of the trip. We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our tours, and we apologize if there was any misunderstanding regarding this portion being self-guided. We appreciate your recommendation for a guide in Jericho, and we want to clarify that we would have gladly offered such a service if reliable guides were available in the area. The limitations in securing knowledgeable guides in Jericho are something we continuously work on. Your feedback is essential in highlighting areas for improvement, and we're committed to enhancing our offerings. We also want to highlight that we take pride in offering a comprehensive tour that covers many remarkable places, including the Jordan River, Sea Level, Saint Gerasimous Monastery, Hisham Palace, the Old City of Jericho, and the Sycamore Tree. We understand that some other tour companies may only visit two of these places, often including tourist traps for shopping or food. We believe in providing a more enriching and diverse experience for our guests. It's worth mentioning that it feels unfair to us that you left us a 3 out of 5-star review for something we didn't promise in the first place and that you expected. We appreciate your understanding and your valuable feedback. Thank you for recommending our tour. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future, with an even more satisfying experience in Jericho if you decide to return.

This was the tour i booked:Bethlehem, Jericho & Jordan River - Tour in kleiner Gruppe ab Jerusalem & Tel Aviv

I had booked the tour to see Bethlehem mainly. And while this was great I was surprisingly emotionally touched by the other places even more. The Palestinian side as well which I had only heard of in the news.
Our tourguide was super knowledgeable and open to answer my many questions. He didn't just share facts but also gave it a personal touch by telling about experiences

Anyone who knows me would know I am hard to satisfy and also not a group tour person!

However, Boaz and his team are just amazing! They just went above and beyond to make my day a memorable one. Additionally, they hire disable Palestinians and let’s put it this way they make this world a better place!

Look no further and book a tour with them!

Btw. Some of their tours are under Judah tour name.

We loved this trip for several reasons. First, it was a small group and we were well taken care of. Our guide made sure never to lose us, and if we needed to take photo or bathroom break, it was arranged. We felt safe and didnt have to worry about anything. Much easier than trying to find things ourselves. -also our guide knew lots about church history and explained all we saw. One of my children said it was best day of our vacation.

We had a full day Bethlehem tour with Elijah. We started the day with a larger group that included the half day Bethlehem tour and those that were going to the Dead Sea after. Despite the large group, everything was well coordinated. Boaz was a great guide for the wall and Banksy art. We also had fantastic guide for the Milk Grotto and other Christian sites. We ended up being the only 2 people that booked the full day Bethlehem tour and we were very well taken care of. Thank you team Elijah!
