    Beautiful Keepsakes
My sister and I bought 3 canvas prints from Levantine Gallery that we had custom framed when we got back to Connecticut. The artwork was beautiful and the color exquisite. The service was terrific and there was no pressure to purchase anything. The owner was happy just to have us admire the items in the gallery. The artwork sold itself! I recommended 2 friends to this gallery that are planning to visit the Old City next year. I am sure they will want similar keepsakes from their time in the Holy Land.

    Best art gallery in Jerusalem
The gallery is full of options for customers, from original artwork by local artists to affordable prints on paper/canvas, which all have a story to tell. The owners are very nice and knowledgeable. An authentic, must-see place in the Old City.

This gallery is a MUST VIST.
I returned to the Holy Land and made visiting Levantine Gallery as much a priority to go to then any of the other sites in Jerusalem. The people there are so kind, and the selection of art cannot be matched or found anywhere else. I bought from them before, then ordered some art online, which was shipped, and this visit bought more art. They are honest and fair and are doing such a wonderful job supporting the local artist. If you do not stop at this shop, you are missing out.

    Authentic arts by locals
The Levantine Gallery is my fav place in town to find amazing paintings made by local artists. I am a German expat in Jerusalem and whenever I visit my family, I go here to buy little gifts. The quality is high and the prices are fixed, which makes the main difference to other shops in the city center/Old City. You are not forced to buy more and more like in other shops or in the Shuk. I always find beautiful paintings for reasonable prices.

Beautiful art gallery in the Old City of Jerusalem (al Quds) showcasing amazing art pieces of a variety of Palestinian artists. You will be able to find fascinating paintings and sculptures, but also printings and gifts if you are on a budget, although I found the prices for the original ones to be quite fair.
The gallery is run by a couple and we met with the father and one of his sons on the two days we've been there. Both were super kind and helpful :)
They meet with the artists personally and are able to explain you about the pieces and their authors.
Unfortunately, I was travelling only with a backpack and could only buy small artworks by that time. The good thing is that they also sell online, so I'm definitely planning to buy other pieces ;)
Even if you are not an arts enthusiast, I highly recommend a visit!

If you are visiting the Old City, you must stop at the Levantine gallery. I stumbled upon it on my recent trip, and it was where I found that one special item that will help me remember my amazing trip. Tucked in between countless stores that appear to offer the same items, you will find this incredible gallery with beautiful pieces by local artists. If your tour guide has advised not to purchase items in the Old City, please please disregard him or her. You absolutely must stop here.

When we walked in we were treated so special with an offer of tea or a cold beverage. The art was amazing and there were so many price points to consider. We ended up with a beautiful copy as well as an original. We would highly recommend stopping by when you are visiting the Holy Land. A great family with a beautiful mission.

I was supposed to do this a year ago, but I'm finally sitting down. I studied in Jerusalem for 3.5 months and despite walking down Christian Quarter Road probably weekly, I had never stopped. It was one of my last days in the holy city and while waiting for friends who were in other shops, I stepped into this gallery. I had been looking, in the back of my mind, for something special beyond the many knick-knacks, sandals, and other souvenirs I had gathered over my summer semester. I love art and knew I would probably end up buying something. I instantly fell in love with a large piece of work by Dalia Ali (who is phenomenal as well). I can't even begin to accurately describe the respect, courtesy, and encouragement I was met by these wonderful people. I feel like I learned as much from their behavior as I did from their explanations about the art, the artist, the gallery, and how they came to be in Jerusalem.
Anyway, I have nothing but good to say about this art gallery. I hope that I'll be able to return to Jerusalem soon, and when I do, this will more definitely be on my list of places to go to again.

I absolutely love this gallery. In my few weeks in Jerusalem I visited this lovely gallery multiple times to look at the beautiful art - wonderful, unique pieces done by local artists. It's located in the heart of the old city which is a pleasure to wander around. Karen and Mohammed are so knowledgable and friendly and it has been a pleasure to do business with them. I can't wait to put my beautiful art up at home :)

Karen has a unique store in the Christian Quarter of the Old City. She had created a gallery of many beautiful paintings, cards, and small sculptures, and she's very helpful in navigating the choices one can make. She brings a sophisticated perspective to her work, which is helpful to people making choices of what to buy. The space itself is lovely, bright, and well-organized.

The owner was lovely and chatted to us about our hometown, made our group feel really welcome. The gallery owner was really knowledgeable about the work contained therein, very kind and friendly. It was a lovely experience to meet the couple who run it, and we felt very welcome. They offered us a student discount on some art which was also much appreciated, gave us a complementary bookmark and postcard containing some art work. A hidden gem!

The Levantine Gallery is a beautiful, peaceful and calm place in the midst of the old city, where you can take a breath and enjoy Palestinian art. Besides original artworks, they also sell affordable prints, postcards and other unique items. It's the place to go for your Jerusalem souvenirs!

We got chatting to the lady who owns the shop as, like us, she is British. She has an excellent selection of good quality artwork by local artists and is passionate about her gallery. No hard sell - just a wonderfully friendly atmosphere.

I came into the store with my mom, brother and his wife and kids. Moses was lovely, as was his son William, and they even facetimed Karen, Moses's wife who opened the gallery. He asked us what we were looking for and immediately recommended the Layla small originals we bought. We went to his jewelry store the purchase, and found beautiful, unique antique jewelry that my brother and sister-in-law purchased. Everyone felt taken care of and we were so happy with our purchases! Thank you, "Uncle" Moses!
