My husband had wanted to do a foraging workshop for a while so when this opportunity came up I said, why not? We were a small group which meant that Ronit was able to speak to us all. She is amazingly knowledgeable and able to explain in a fun way. I was most impressed with the walk and even the rain didn't dampen her spirit. I will definitely join future classes and expand my still scanty knowledge of edible plants.

Ronit has a wealth of information about edible plants. It's simply amazing how much there is to eat out in nature. The class was interesting with lots of opportunities to snack on freshly picked herbs. Thank you!

Ronit is incredibly knowledgeable about Jerusalem and in particular the plants that grow there both edible and not. The walk was very informative and she was great with instructing and interacting with my children. The love foraging and using what we learned when we went South and we still use the knowledge and confidence we gained now that we are halfway around the world.
