The two of us went to the top of Mount Carmel and participated in the free tour of the Baha’i Gardens and the Shrine of the Bab. We were very glad we made the visit...not only was it educational, but also it provided beautiful vistas...More

The panoramic view is breathtaking and the gardens are an absolute delight, almost too perfect. Take the free tour (12 am in English) left of the entrance on top, it is a nice walk down and the guide has fine information about the place and...More

Pretty scenic. Lot of walking. Did not realize that we needed to find our own way back to the top (where our car was), but the taxi drivers were ready and waiting. Difficult with baby, but the carrier made it possible. Not stroller friendly, but...More

Beautiful garden, highly recommended. Make sure that they are open before arriving otherwise you won’t be able to get in.

This is worth a stop if for no other reason than to see the view from the top. We visited on a Muslim holiday and the place was packed, making it difficult to wander the grounds, but what we did see was lovely.

Expect to spend few good hours over there, and bring your own water, and don't forget your camera. Also, comfortable shoes is a must.

Inside Bahai Gardens there are no cafes or restaurants. Very close to the access point there are two hotels with restaurants. Anyway, the visit to Bahai Gardens lasts up to 60 minutes

As far as I know, they don't take any advance reservations. They do it only for large groups. You just need to show up 15-20 min before the start of the tour at the designated place. The address is provided on their website... More
