Definitely worth a stroll if you're in Haifa. We walked by during the day & night & the views are mesmerizing at any hour.

This is not too long promenade that goes along the Carmel mountain and facing the bay. Very nice views and quite romantic at night.

The view from up here is very nice. It’s close to the upper terrace of the Bahá’i Gardens. There is a fountain on the way and a nice children’s park with ropes to climb and swings. Great for a run too.

The walk is very pleasant, with gorgeous views of Haifa Bay and the City. especially in the morning or in the evening. We stayed in the hotel close by and spend about 30 minutes walking there.

Louis Promenade is a pleasant walk with beautiful view over sprawling Haifa. It is en route to the Baihai Gardens. Look for the signs to Lois Promenade when you come out of the vehicular.
