The Taxi service was great! I live in the USA and was booking it for my daughter who just moved to Israel to attend a high school there, and needed a ride back from her friend’s house after Shabbat. I got a quote very fast and was also able to ask additional questions, which were responded to very quickly. I also could pay in advance. An hour before the pickup the company communicated details about the driver and the car. It was a little more expensive than just using Gett, but gave me a peace of mind about having a guaranteed safe ride for a teen girl traveling alone in the evening. We will definitely use this service again in the future!

We booked this service as we arrived at Ben Gurion airport at 2.30 am. The service was easy to book and they kept in touch and updated instructions on how and where to meet. When we arrived we switched on what’s app and there was a message from Daniel our driver to say he was outside. We made our way to the pick up point, called Daniel to say we were there and we were on our way. Really a great service

Great communication. When I am traveling solo in a new country for me it is paramount that I can count on transportation to and from the airport. They did a great job keeping me updated along the way. I would use them again. They had a fair price based on some other services I researched.

I was a bit sceptical because the online price (240 ILS) to travel from Jaffa to the airport on Shabbat during Rosh Hashana seemed much lower than others I could find online. However, the service was perfect: regular updates on WhatsApp, notification of driver's name and car reg number in advance, then our driver, Orly, was a lovely chatty lady. Perfect!

The booking process was easy, they charge for the service was about 500 ILS from Jerusalem to TLV city which is fair enough for the very few options you have on a Saturday. The driver was on time at the collection point, we advised we would be a little bit late however they started to send very pushy whatsapp messages. Another thing we didn't like was that once we were on the road the driver kept using her phone and texting, setting youtube music and using her headphones, which was not really safe when driving on a highway.

This service was excellent. As an American in Israel we found it incredibly difficult to catch taxi's, even when using some of Israel's taxi apps. I was worried about getting safe and reliable transportation at a fair cost from Jerusalem to Tel Aviv. I did a google search and came upon BT-Book Taxi and read the reviews. I was a tiny bit nervous to use them at first because I didn't understand exactly how it worked. Let me tell you, A+, 5 star service. Price was VERY fair, awesome communication, driver arrived perfectly on time and the whole experience was so was so positive that we used them again to get us from Tel Aviv to Ben Gurion.
I would not hesitate to use this service again and I would recommend it to all of my friends.

We booked the taxi online. It was very easy and the car met exactly our requirements to take three of us with bags to the airport. Car driver was very professional and communicated with us prior to arrival and took us safely and on time to the airport. Highly recommend it.

It is always unnerving booking something in a foreign country, but this could not of been easier. It was a very efficient service and I had emails and WhatsApp messages keeping me up to date reassuring us that they were there! I was sent the drivers details to contact him on the day, if needed.We came off a cruise ship in Haifa and he was there waiting for us even though we were early. Very friendly driver and a very comfortable spacious and most importantly air conditioned mini van.

We hired BT Book Taxi Israel to drive my elderly parents from Jerusalem to Tel Aviv on a Saturday. The process of receiving a quote and booking was quite simple and efficient, and there were several follow ups on WhatsApp to introduce the driver and confirm. We ordered a mini van to take a wheelchair. On the day, our driver Mohammed was excellent. Arrived on time, gave us plenty of help with luggage, and got us to the destination quickly (1 hour drive). The price wasn’t cheap but competitive with other private transfers, and I thought it was money well spent for the service we received.

All the way from asking for quote and till the end of thr ride everything was well organised and I as the customer was very well informed about the coming ride. The driver contacted us as promised and the car exceeded our exprctations. The price was very competitive with other services. I highly recommend this service!!!
