My husband came from the US especially to get PADI OW Referral and AOW certified in the Red Sea for a total of 12 dives. Plenty of diving clubs in Eilat offer low cost options, but he was looking for higher quality private lessons (and was willing to pay more for it) and was not disappointed at all. During the planning stage, the correspondence by email was very detailed and timely (most clubs had either poor or no correspondence). The instructor, Lawrence, was extremely thorough with remarkable attention to detail, and corrected any student mistake with a patient and clear explanation, making safety and good practices a top priority, and made him a better diver. The equipment was very high quality, the expensive diving suit was warm and comfortable even though the water temperature was cold (divers with other clubs were shaking cold due to low quality rental suits). Also, instructor let my husband use a top-of-the-line diving computer, not just a regular one. The variety of diving sites was wide, and my husband got to see wonderful corals and fish, 7 dolphins, and a large sea turtle. The instructor offered to add a Nitrox certification as well, which my husband was glad to do. Please note, Nautilus uses the facility of Palamida club for beach access, but has its own equipment and instructors. Instructor always made sure to take proper breaks in between dives and offered hot tea, which made this intensive course more pleasant. Overall, my husband got a very high quality learning experience, and Nautilus took great photos and videos to remember it. He highly recommends this diving club and will definitely go there again for future dives in the Red Sea.

My son and I did a five day PADI Open Water course with Nautilus Red Sea Scuba Diving. The experience was way beyond what we expected. Lavrik is an exceptional teacher and motivator who is both incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He taught us the basics of scuba diving while always keeping safety as the number one priority. He constantly asked me if I was OK underwater which was reassuring and gave me confidence to scuba dive for the first time.

His equipment is top notch and new and we were defiantly better equipped compared to the other students from other scuba diving schools.

Lavrik cares a lot about his students and their success. One evening, after a lesson, he called me to give me advise for the next dive the following morning. He his constantly thinking about his students and what will make them better divers while feeling comfortable underwater.

Lavrik took amazing pictures using an advanced underwater camera system (see pics).

There is a reason they are rated as the #1 scuba diving school in Eilat and the #1 tour outfit in general in all tour categories. I highly recommend Nautilus Red Sea Diving and hope to be back for additional lessons soon.

This was a great experience and the entire process was easy to follow. Lawrence was very responsive even before we arrived and offered to pick us up from our apartment at 8:30 in the morning to start a beautiful day with three dives. His hospitality was phenomenal and everything about the day went well, he gave me and my friends a short class to review the important things since we needed a refresher course. After a short refresher scores we went on a pretty shallow dive where we were able to see dolphins, beautiful coral and some really nice scenery. Between the first and second dive we waited by the scuba van and Lawrence brought us some snacks such as dates. The second dive was a deep dive where we went to see the big coral pillars and saw some wildlife such as guitarfish, dolphins, and all sorts of colorful fish. After recommending us a good restaurant to go to for a break and I’m much-needed nap Lawrence picked us up again to go on a beautiful night dive to the Eilat caves. This was definitely one of the best things I’ve ever done and even though I was nervous I fully knew I could trust Lawrence. Lawrence is also a really good photographer underwater and I highly recommend hiring his photography service because he will take pictures that will last you a lifetime of you and the sea life.

Everything about Nautilus is 5 stars!

I booked a night dive with Lawrence for last Thursday (18/08/22). The entire booking process was straight forward, i spoke with Lawrence on whatsapp, forwarded my certifications and he sent the link for payment through his website.

On the night of the dive, during equipment setup he noticed that i have a few bad habits when it comes to setting up equipment, he walked me through in a non condescending, very helpful way to setup the gear in a better, more efficient and above all safer manner.

Moving on to the dive we were a group of three + Lawrence, as the guide. This was my first night dive (and I believe the other two first night as well), Lawrence made sure to brief us properly on any potential dangers that could happen on nightdives, and how to deal with whatever could happen. He also gave us a detailed description of the divesite and what we may see/encounter there.

The dive itself was really enjoyable and memorable, we saw some great nightlife/sleeping fish and had an all around great time. In addition the dive itself lasted 55 minutes due to great air consumption among everyone.

And to top it off, he then gave us a lift back to where we were staying that evening so we didn't need to waste money on taxis.

I would highly recommend Nautilus Red Sea dive club and I hope to dive with them again in the future.

Amazing experience with Nautilus Red Sea Scuba diving. Introduction dive for an 11 years old girl with Lavrenty. Lavrenty took a whole 1 hour to clearly, carefully and patiently explain all the aspects of the dive, especially all the safety measures and actions and then took our daughter literally by hand to her first dive. The dive was another 40-45 minutes, they saw a bounty of fish, corals, anemones and other creatures. He also took dozens of pictures and few short movies under water. Our daughter is thrilled and cannot wait to dive again. Solid 5 stars

We did an introductory dive in the Red sea which lasted for 45 minutes. This was our first ever dive but the instructor (Lawerence) was supportive as well as encouraging. To have a look at the marine life from this close is truly a once in a lifetime experience. Especially, to dive in the Red sea is an amazing experience as the corals are so close to the beach that you don't even have to take a speed boat to reach in the centre of the sea and dive. Instead, you walk from the beach and get to the corals. The restaurant near the diving centre is one of the most recommended place to eat in Eilat which is a bonus! I would recommend it to those who are looking forward for some thrill.

I highly recommend Nautilus Red Sea Diving for a positive experience in Eilat. I booked with 3 different dive centres in Eilat and my experience with Lawrence of Nautilus Red Sea Scuba centre was by far the best. Lawrence provided the best equipment, gave the best service and was always striving to improve our scuba skills by sharing his broad knowledge with us. My previous dive with another centre was OK, but I wasn’t warm enough and almost had to leave my second dive early. Lawrence provided a thicker wet suit and a layer with a hood so that I was totally comfortable for the duration of my 2 dives. He is very conscientious about safety and between dives brought us to a hot shower to warm up. The group found Lawrence to have provided the best dive experience in terms of quality, location and equipment and we enjoyed his dry sense of humour. He was also able to pick out unique sea life for us to observe such as the well disguised frog fish! 5 star experience for sure.

Dove with my friend one day and we enjoyed Lawrence’s guidance so much we decided on a night dive and 2 more dives the next day. He’s a kind and professional guide that is very knowledgeable about the activity and the animals around the area! The only thing I recommend is to purchase dive insurance before the day of your dive as it says on their website because then you can just get started diving for the day I got mine through dive assure. I would also recommend buying 2 days of insurance because if you have the availability to do so you will want to dive more with Lawrence!

Went on three dives with Lawrence in July of 2022 including my first night dive. Amazing experience - Lawrence is an absolute professional, extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of diving and the dive sites, and also makes things fun and enjoyable, and is a great guy in general. I would trust Lawrence 100% to lead me on a deep or technical dive any time, and highly recommend diving with him in any scenario. I know for me, whenever I am in the area I'm going with Lawrence and Nautilus. The equipment was high quality and the setup made things really easy. I felt like for the value and experience of what you get the cost was really reasonable as well.

I completed the five day PADI Open Water Dive Course with Nautilus Red Sea Scuba Diving. The equipment and facilities were both excellent, but what made the experience truly exceptional was our diving instructor, Lavrik. He is an amazing teacher who was very committed to making the dives as enjoyable as possible. This was my first time diving and Lavrik was very patient in teaching me the fundamentals and most importantly, making me feel safe and in control. He took us to amazing dive sites and took great photos as well. He also went above and beyond to provide extra tips regarding equipment set-up and diving technique that will serve me well on future dives. I highly recommend anyone planning a scuba dive in Eilat to check out Nautilus Red Sea!
