They have several themed pavilions with fish, good seaview cafe with ice cream. You can watch fish feeding every hour in different places. We saw turtles feeding and it was fun.

the ticket price is high.
the observatory is nice but nothing has changed since the 90's,,,
sadly, it seems that fisherman killed all the fish that used to live in the reef because it was quite poor compare to the past.
The park had an number of good attractions which include the rare fish aquarium, the shark tank and the observatory among others. The view from the top of the observatory is good but the views from the bottom amongst the coral reef are excellent.
Basically it's opened till 4PM, also on Sukkot Holiday evening.
In Israel, holiday eve (Wednesday) is treated like a Friday, as holiday begins, but the observatory opens till 4PM on Fridays as well...
