We took a 4 hour camel ride. We started with some instruction, then we rode into the desert for about an hour under our own control until we reached a peak where we had a stunning view and from where we could see 4 countries. We then led our camels down into a wadi and from there went in a... More

We went on a donkey carrage. It was fun for the whole family. Short ride. Kids could lead the donkeys. We bakes pita in the desert and drank mint tea. Was really fun.

Its better to visit here not in the summer. The place is very good for kids and families. Camels, Extreme park. Place to take tours in the desert. Relaxing place.

The sunset camel ride was definitely one of the highlights of our time in Eilat. It was incredibly fun to sit on a camel and to be led through a wadi at sunset. The guide was terrific, and after the ride he made us tea and bread, which was served with many kinds of cheeses. Everyone in my family loved... More

At the first glance the camel ranch seems to be neglected, however you will forget about this once you are on the camel. The camels were very cute and patient with us :) the ride took approximately 1h, another half hour we spent in a bedouin style tent, our guide prepared for us tea and pita with lebaneh spread on... We did the 4 hour tour. We eere a group of 6. First we were introduced to our camels and learned how to sit and hold . then we started riding them. The ride is slow and has a meditative rhythm. Very relaxing. On the way we get off for a nice view of the area. Then we walked the... More

My son's favorite place in Eilat, we return every year, the guides are terrific, the food is fun, and the camels extraordinary. One note of caution, if with a young kid, make certain you take the trip where the camels are attached to each other, they may otherwise prove too much to handle.

Our grandson (13 years old) and niece (21 years) were on this camel caravan through the desert area of the Camel Ranch. Only female camels are used because they are calmer and less aggressive. The camels looked well cared for, didn't hiss or spit, and didn't smell. The young people were comfortable sitting atop their camels. Instructions were given and... More

We were 3 during a afternoon camel ride in the desert! It was possibly one of the most special experiences in my life! Being on a camel in a silent desert was relaxing, fun and breathtaking! We were with Gill, one of the best guides we had. Enjoying some campfire made pita with tea and cheese, this experience was unforgettable.... More

Taxis won't take you all the way in due to poor roads. Even thought is says on the website that reservations are not required for short rides, they are. You have to call. Very disappointed to get all the way there and not get to ride.
