Let's start with the fact they made us rush from the hotel as the boat was "leaving at 12:15" but it only left at 12:30. On the phone I asked to clarify if there would be pictures and the woman on the phone said yes. When I paid at the desk the woman again confirmed the pictures are included in the experience. We then got on the boat and were the first ones to go up, when we came down I asked if they had taken pictures and said no you did not ask. If you offer pictures as an add on, why do I need to ask? He then proceeded to shout at me telling I did not ask and "called" the girl from the desk asking if I had asked. Apparently she said no. Anyway there was no apology or offer to go up for a couple more minutes for some pictures. Disgrace. Classic Israel.

Parasailing is something I'd recommend even for folk ( like myself ) that have a fear of heights , it's so insanely surreal , it has to be experienced at least once in a lifetime .!!- granted the experience isn't cheap , not much time for your shekels , all of 10 minutes , but for myself and my daughter it WAS worth it . The boat that took 4 couples , " drove about half a kilometre into the red sea ( in our life jackets ), where we decided which order we were going ( to parasail ) , then it was just a matter of waiting for our turn .. Waiting for the other couples to finish seemed to take an eternity , and our 10 minutes of air time seemed to fly by in seconds !!. The parasailing experience itself was like being suspended in a movie set , with green screen graphics all around us - oh yer !!!!, and suddenly it seemed , we were back on dry land , and 4 more eager couples were clambering on to the boat for their turn . Expensive ? YES , but one more thing was removed from my bucket list !!

We booked the Green Parachute and went out on the green and white boat. The captain even let em go out with my kids to take pictures from the boat. The boat was clean and the captain and deck hand were professional and safety conscious. We all enjoyed the experience even though they were the only ones who took flight. What a beautiful place to enjoy the scenery. Surrounded by the mountains of Israel and Jordan where you can see Egypt and Saudia Arabia from the boat. Great way to have fun in Eilat!

We did the banana activity. It's a 2-row floating device dragged by a speed boat. You need to hold the handle in front of you and try not to fall to the side. Very physical and very enjoying as well
