The guys in that shop took me on a little tour around and I was so blessed to get to know them. I am looking forward to meeting them again in the future. I am really looking forward to it. This shop is excellent. Very high quality products offered by a classy, passionate owner. We were given a low-pressure tour of the shop and the pieces available. Bassem, the owner, made us feel at home throughout our time there. There is also a view on the shop’s roof that he graciously offered to show us. Easily our best view of the town throughout our tour of Bethlehem. I have bought and gifted items from this shop to many clients in the US and have received great feedback. The quality and uniqueness of the products, along with the story of them having been made in Bethlehem, suggest the prices should be higher (my opinion). Not to mention the excellent service. I will continue to make purchases from this shop for many years to come. Check this place out!

Top notch customer service. My family was sad when we realized that we had lost the baby Jesus from our nativity set purchase many years ago. Not only did they replace the baby Jesus for free, they shipped it at their own expense and sent us three different baby Jesus to select from. This type of customer service is almost unheard of. So thankful for helping us complete our set again.
