Hazem was very informative and kind. He gave us an amazing experience of Palestine. He was very fast in replying to our emails. He answered all our questions and took us to amazing local restaurants. We felt like locals discovering Palestine with him.

I had a tour scheduled I had to cancel due to the virus. Michael was always quick to reply and give me the credit right away. This is quite meaningful when dealing with tour operators we don't meet when booking. I would book with him again for sure.

We were recommended Deya (a graduate in archeology), and his brother Ala (our driver) by their colleague Hazem, and they made every effort to ensure that we had a wonderful, and insightful, tour of this part of the West Bank. Deya and Ala are Palestinian Christians who live close to Bethlehem, and they made delightful companions for the day. Transport and logistics are complicated in Palestine (eg managing the checkpoints) and we would not have managed well without Deya's sincere kindness and patience (and great communication beforehand). We loved the remoteness of the Kidron valley and thought St George's Monastery and Mar Saba truly beautiful to visit, enhanced by Deya's knowledge. A private tour was a big plus in these special places. We had an even better experience than expected at the Church of the Nativity, managing somehow not to get caught in queues. And we loved Walled Off Hotel with its Banksy art and all the nearby graffiti art. This, and our open and informative guides, truly helped us appreciate the complexities of life in Palestine. All in all, a remarkable day out made very special by our guides. Thank you both.

Hazem gave me an outstanding custom private tour of Bethlehem and Lazarus' tomb in Bethany. He carefully studied my dream list of things I wanted off the beaten path. As a flight attendant who usually self-guides, I can say you MUST have a guide in this area. You would never find all the sites with the narrow winding roads, not to mention the chaotic traffic. His excellent driving gave me peace of mind. Being a college graduate with schooling in both the US and Israel, as well as living in the Arab city of Beit Sahour (Shepherds Fields), give him the ability to lead any group with ease. Hazem speaks Hebrew, Arabic, and English with a good knowledge of the Scriptures and archeology to bring alive the sites for his lucky audience. So many in Bethlehem are his family or friends which opens doors for his group. For example, my attire, though modest, prohibited me from entering one site, but Hazem was able to get me through the locked door. By the end of the tour, you too will be his friend because of his kind and warm personality. This amazing man feels a responsibility to bring peace and unity to those he meets each day. 5 stars, Hazem!!!
