Queues, queues and more queues. They are never ending at any time of the day.
Make sure your kids (and you) are all wearing high sun protection at all times (for queuing in the sun).
Please bear in mind that swimming tops were not allowed on slides without inflatables.
Before queuing check you meet the weight and height requirements (which are not always easily accessible unfortunately) otherwise you will be queuing and you won’t know until it is your turn that you had wasted all that time for nothing.

Myself, my partner and her twins (Both aged 11) went in July, as we passed the other hotels during the transfer I was starting to wonder what we were going to find, but to my suprise as we come over the hill Aqua Fantasy was the best we had seen.
Most kids say I want, I want, I want, ours are no different, but at this place we could relax and anytime the kids wanted something to eat or drink then they got it. There is enough to keep you occupied during the day / night, all the food we had was nice, the junior rooms were nice and were cleaned daily.
Would I go again, of course I would

We went to Aqua Fantasy the first two weeks in August. There were nine of us four kids aged 7 to 10 and 5 adults. We all had a fantastic time. The food was great. Every where was so clean. I was sat on the balcony at 3.30 one morning and there were people cleaning the resort. All the staff were lovely and did their best to help you. I had a fantastic turkish bath and massage which I would recommend. I can't rate the place highly enough and would definately go back.

I went to Aqua Fantasy with my boyfriend for two weeks 15th-29th June 2014. Great timing because it was before the summer holidays so we got it much cheaper. We booked this hotel because my brother had been here before and said we would be idiots not too! He couldn't have been more right, this is THE best hotel I've ever been too and I tend to go on a summer, all inclusive holiday at least once a year and have done all my life.
We arrived at the hotel just after midnight, went to our room and headed for the midnight soup in the Oasis Restaurant. This comes in very handy if you like to spend your evenings drinking, so we made the most if this most nights!
Room - The room was amazing! Carpeted, smart, VERY clean as the cleaners literally clean the room top to bottom every day. There is a fridge full of snacks (which we didn't use as we made the most of the all inclusive), not too overpriced considering, but cheaper than the food in the shop in the hotel. The room was located in the World side and we had a lovely view of the pool, beach and reception bar. We did ask for a low-floor room, but we ended up with a 2nd floor one, and we were actually really pleased with it as the view was worth it and there are lifts anyway.
Food - The food is as you'd expect at an all inclusive but much more varied. We tended to stick to the Oasis Restaurant because it was close to our room and the pool. The food there was mostly the same (salads, chips, pastas etc) but there was always different fish, meats and certain themed dishes. We got friendly with one of the waiters in there called Murat, he is the NICEST guy we have ever met, he'd bring our drinks to our table before we even asked him, and on our last night he even prepared a special table for us covered in flowers which made it a really nice, romantic meal for us. He works so hard and really deserves all the smiles and hugs we can give him! This guy actually turned down our very large tip that we offered him, so this proved that he really is a decent guy that isn't doing it all for the tips! We also went to the Pearl Bar for snacks most days (hot dogs, burgers, kebabs, noodles, salad, chips, pizza, waffles etc) great food and brilliant for if you have children and they get hungry between meals as it saves you buying food from the shop. Free ice cream is between 12:30 and 2:30. The ice cream bar next to the pool bar charges you, there are more flavours there, but we didn't bother. Overall, the food was brilliant for both me and my boyfriend and we managed to eat very happily all throughout our two week stay.
Drinks - The drinks here are great! They do pre-mixed cocktails, which me and my boyfriend added extra spirits too (the barmen will if you ask) as we prefer our cocktails stronger. Obviously in countries like this the don't have measurements, so take care if you're getting vodka and cokes etc because they make them REALLY strong! Loads of drinks for the kids too - kids cocktails, coke, fanta, sprite etc. A lot of the barmen will invent cocktails and drinks for you too which are really nice!
Staff - The staff are absolutely amazing! The pool and surrounding areas are constantly being cleaned. The bar staff are very friendly at all of the bars and they always remember you however busy they are. The Animation Team are absolutely lovely, we got very friendly with Jack Sparrow, Sausage, Jerry and James, all lovely people that knew us as "the best couple" even though we didn't take part in any of those competitions. Restaurant staff again are amazing.
Water Park - This water park is actually recorded as one of the top ten best in the world and you can really see why! There are slides for all ages, and so many different kinds! Your children do have to be 140cm tall or over to go on most of the slides though, so do bear that in mind! Me and my boyfriend spent a good 1-2 hours a day in the water park and went on all of the slides so many times. The 4-in-1 Combo turned out to be our favourite, although you do have to wait a long time to go on it as it is quite a long slide that takes a few minutes for it to end.
Overall, I'd say this is one of my favourite holidays for so many reasons, there is so much to do! Water sports on the beach, foam parties, pool games and entertainment, the water park, general relaxing by the pool and SO much more. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to people of all ages and groups as there is such a wide variety of space, and things to do. Anybody that complains about this hotel are idiots, there is honestly nothing bad me or my boyfriend can say about it!
If you are going to Aqua Fantasy or are planning too, have and AMAZING time (I know you will!) x

There were nine of us in our group booked in for 2 weeks all inclusive (unlimited drinks till 11pm) 3 of the group were children. First the good things, there is alot for the children and the first choice kids club was excellant. The water park is good for a couple of visits and the pools are clean, the rooms are mediocre but kept clean. Loads of pools round the complex and they are spotless. Now the bad points, we sat with 11 drinks half full on our table between 9 of us (the men were getting two small beers each) and at 10.30 we decided to have another drink before 11 so we could then get the children off to bed. This esculated into an almighty row with the bar staff and manager because they said we had 11 drinks on our table and we couldnt have more, other people had the same problem and the bar staff are told to take pictures of the drinks on your table and to count what you have. A manager told me he was told by his manager to keep the drinks down and to serve only "1 drink to 1 person" so at 11 you have to buy because the hotel needs to make money. That was the first complaint to the rep who fetched the hotel manager who said we could have 3 drinks ( some unlimited package !!!!) At 10.45 they ring a bell to warn you its 15 mins to go and at 11 the final bell goes and your told "EXTRA". The same day the barman changed the clock back by 20 mins didnt ring any bells and unaware of the time we went to get a drink and was told " EXTRA" he then put the clock back to the right time and refused to get the manager for us but did offer 1 drink each if we didnt tell on him when he realised we wasnt going to take it lying down. He told us " the english drink too much and manager said to watch how many you have" Children get ignored at the bar and at 10.50 pm when they come out from kids club they often get refused a drink and told "extra", its when you complain and argue to finally get a lemonade. A trick of theirs if you go up at 10.55 is to ignore you for 5 mins then tell you its "EXTRA" . This situation went on for two weeks and various complaints were made but i might as well of talked to the wall. The dining room queues are long similar to being in a school dining hall and the food is repetative. Main deserts go out at 7 and when they are gone they dont get replaced, so if you eat at 8 its tough, i saw someone carting off half a chocolate gateux and nothing was said. Half the time they run out of glasses so you have to queue for a glass and your beer will (9 times out of 10) be served in a small juice glass ( two swallows and its gone ) The staff are up and down in attitudes, they work long hours and more often than not are just plain exhausted. I asked for a glass and had one just come sliding towards me across the top and when i looked at him in disgust he said he was sorry but he was so tired he couldnt move anymore. The floors are slippy around the resort so have non slippy footwear, the hotel mini bar is over priced and the air conditioning is the equivalent to an asmatic ant puffing away. Everywhere you go people are moaning about drinks and service, the hotel is isolated and its 20 turkish lira to get to a shop.( If you go to the market check your bags before you walk off from the stall, they shove any old crap into your bag hoping you wont look.) overall i thought this was a 3 star hotel with serious staffing and attitude problems, i didnt feel welcome or comfortable for the entire time. I wouldnt stay here again if they paid me double and i certainly wouldnt advise anyone else to.

What an isolated position. Staff very nice. went all inclusive, food was not very good, ok if you like waiting for an hot meal. i.e. ONE CHEF cooking the entire complex's eggs in the morning.
No british entertainment in the evenings (ok if you were german).
Had problem from day one of the holiday....someone was stealing items from our fridge in our room. I personally informed the reception desk of FOUR separate occasions of this, who informed me that it was a mistake and would be investigated........ONLY to find out that on checking out of the hotel SEVERAL british only familes had experienced the same problem. and now the hotel manager wanted the money for the items.second prize sunshine, none of us paid for the stolen items.
Would i go back the again NO WAY the continous theft problem ruined our family holiday.
Very limited shopping in the complex.......we only stayed a week, thank goodness

Straight off the bat ill say get yourself a tape measure, if your child is below 120cm (7-8 years old average height) then just turn back, don't even consider it, they claim its "health and safety" further more are sarcastic about it until told that you work in health and safety and its total over kill and nothing more than an insurance rear end covering excercise, (and then they just ignore you) otherwise they'd have got the accident book out after I informed them of the deep cut I received on my elbow as a consequence of going down the "relax river" (whatever it was called) and catching it on the concrete molded sides, seriously it must have been smoothed over with an iron brush.
The fact that they make you "hire" an inflatable raft for smaller children for 7TL is a joke!!! It cost 205TL to get in!!!! (2 adults one 5 year old), and this just means its easier for the attendants to turn you back as soon as they see it, the locals have no concept of KEEP YOUR HANDS TO YOURSELF and theft seems to be the main form of getting what you want, they stole our boat twice. It's extremely expensive for what it is (everything, not just food) £15 for a disposable camera?... Puh-lease.
They are not interested in any complaints/issues you raise with them, and I was polite!! Once you've paid that's it, they've got your money and they don't care, we had to leave midday as there was nothing i could take my daughter on (ride wise) the daft thing was that she could go on the BLACK HOLE but couldnt go on the small slides?! prior to that i stupidly assumed she'd be able to go on the long not so steep slides with the mats and that didnt even have a height restriction till you got to the top of the 30minute wait inline-which by the way the locals dont understand common curtosey and how to wait inline) i complained to my rep who should have known how shoddy this place was and not sold me the excursion and he said that the venues response was that they didn't force me to leave so weren't giving me a refund, Thompson need to rectify this and soon.
So as a good, solid piece of advice for those with children under 8years old, don't waste your time and money, I am told that aqua fantasy land and hotel fantasia deluxe are owned by the same people, Thompson first choice operates both hotels - of course John was going to upsell this one and deter me from going to the rival water park Adaland under the pretence that its not health and safety regulated and advised me not to even consider it, while telling me and my daughter to our faces that aqua fantasy land would be fantastic for my little girl and she'd love it, I'll dispel that one right now, (my daughter is as easy going as they come, so easy to please) I asked her, purposely unbiased if she wanted to stay at the water park with the slides, (I neglected to tell her she couldn't actually use them) or go back to the hotel... From the decision to leave I think you can work out her answer.
Bottom line- how bad has a place got to be to make a 5 YEAR OLD want to leave?... I ask you.

Dear Guest,
Thank you very much for writing such a very clear descriptive review on Trip Advisor, be that positive or constructive.
First of all, please know that we are so sorry for the incidents as we always try to do our best to satisfy our guests.
Regarding the rules and regulations about the Aqua Park, this is clearly stated in all the promotional material about the Park and the brochure/web description.
Concerning your children, we have an area in our Aquapark specially designed for kids. All the interactive activities and slides are covered with soft material so that all our little guests do not get hurt and are produced from the safest material for your kid’s safety. For example, we don’t allow small children to use the slide making 80 km per hour. Our waterpark is projected by NBGS Texas Company and still we continue to work with international companies. We work according to HACCP and ISO 9001–2008 and ISO 22000–2005 standards and specifications, which covers the worldwide rules and regulations.
We are sorry to hear about your experience with the baby boat. We rent these boats as an extra service towards our guests in order to profit more slides with your child under 1,20m. This boat only gives you the oppurtunity for a few more slides, as the safety of our little guests are very important to us. We regret to hear someone else has taken your boat from you. For our future guests who are following our reviews, please come to the Info Center where we provide you with a new boat.
Thank you again for your feedback, it is only by recieving such constructive feedback that we can continue to deliver our renowned high standards.
Kind Regards,
Aqua Fantasy Aqua Park Team
