A highlight of our trip to Turkey. The history of this place is amazing from ancient to more modern times.

Highly recommended for anyone making a cruise ship stop in Kusadasi. We were not rushed at any of the stops and had all questions answered very professionally.

A fantastic example of western civilization. Give yourself plenty of time to tour the city. If you hire a guide, do your research first, we had an unfortunate experience by trusting the cruise ship's default excursion.

Very complete and intact ruins - very hot in August! Go early in the morning to avoid the heat and the crowds!

We preferred the ancient ruins of Ephesus to those of Rome and Athens. Why? They were not melded into a modern setting, you walked the same streets and sidewalks, entered the same library and theatre, roamed the same marketplace and even shared the same homes,...More

I recommend you not to go there directly and take a guide who tries to be guide of the random people. I can recommend you to book a guided tour from jollytur or even on tripadvisor !
