We used Turkey Accessible Travel (TAL) for visits to Ephesus and Istanbul and were very pleased. We arrived via cruise ship. The accessible vans were first class, the language was not a barrier (the guides spoke excellent English) and we felt very safe and comfortable. Ephesus was a little harder getting around with a wheel chair but still very doable... More

Tugrul did a terrific job of navigating the area and knew exactly where my husband's wheelchair could go with the least amount of challenges. It was amazing that my husband could see what he saw. Tugrul was hands-on the whole time helping my husband navigate through the cobblestones and ruins. (and by helping I mean pushed him the whole time!... More

We toured Ephesus with Turgul Sokmen on October 15, 2015 and highly recommend you do the same! The van used for the two of us was modern, clean and equipped with a power lift that enabled Juanita to remain in her wheelchair while we toured. The driver provided fast and courteous service in assisting with the wheelchair at each of... More

Amazing experience and service. Our guide and driver met us outside the cruise ship terminal in a comfortable mini-bus with a wheelchair lift in the back. The driver was very careful in securing my wheelchair, and I felt safe the entire trip. Our guide was very knowledgeable. We had an amazing tour of the Virgin Mary's house and Ephesus. Our... More

We thought the Ephesus experience was first class, make sure you take a bottle of water,it gets very warm, and there are no drinks available once you are inside

Went with a local tour company and guide who knew the Biblical history. Well worth visiting these incredible ruins which give a tantalising glimpse of its former magnificence.

My husband and I spent an enjoyable day in Ephesus with Tugrul. I used a scooter to get around due to knee problems. Tugrul was punctual, very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He shared his experiences. We felt like he was a longtime friend. He shared Turkish recipes, books, and answered each and every one of our numerous questions. I would... More
