An excellent visit that was truly inspiring. It was very interesting to learn if this ceramic methodology. Our visit was presented more as educational yet the sales pitch comes strong at a point and may not be for the faint of heart. Prices were difficult to decipher and lacked some transparency. We are very happy with our purchases that will remain heirlooms. Shipping though safe was very expensive.

We stopped by the artist's shop nicely located down the hill from St John's basilica. Hasna has wonderful hand painted, lead free, traditionally designed pottery in various shapes and sizes. Her prices are very reasonable compared with other stores we have visited around Turkey. We highly recommend visiting her shop when you are in Selçuk.

This wonderful little shop has handmade pottery items that are beautiful! The owner makes them herself and will willingly share to you about the design and colour meaning of the different articles. Outside she will have on display the latest article she is working on and will helpfully explain the process the ceramic goes through to reach its completed phase. A very nice experience!

We purchased some lovely hand made pieces from this shop which was really beautiful. Her prices was also extremely reasonable. She was kind enough to package our items in bubble wrap at no extra charge. I highly recommend this shop especially since there is no "sales talk" just genuine love for art.

Very intricate handiwork and very good deal. Also was so kindhearted and friendly, had a great chat about family, life and concepts in art. She also offered to teach me her craft haha. A wealth of knowledge as she is also a teacher of arts. Very glad to have met her, enriched me culturally and got a lot of beautiful trinkets

We were lucky to meet Adalet at the Efes Museum where her students were selling their hand painted ceramics. Adalet walked us to her store and showed us her amazing hand painted ceramics. She also makes jewelry, her English is very good and she explained the history behind her style of paintings. She will also custom paint on tile from a photo if you so desire.
Considering the quality of her work her prices are very reasonable. You can buy ceramics all over Turkey but rarely do you get to meet and talk with the artist who will proudly share her handmade items with you. Thank you Adalet! Meeting you and your students was the high light of our day.

The owner and ceramicist is a wonderful young woman who also teaches art. She demonstrated to us how she creates each of the different designs - Ottoman which is more delicate and Turkish which is bolder. This is a lovely woman passionate about her craft. Very reasonable prices for ceramics and porcelain.

We walked into this shop because we were looking fit some practical plates for serving guests. We really liked that she is also a ceramics teacher. Her work is really nice but i didnt give it 5 stars only because its not a place you would go to if u were a serious art collector, her work is very nice but ive seen some more intricate stuff. But for a really nice piece to be used regularly its really a good deal because her prices are really reasonable
