Every time I visit Istanbul, we go there since my son loves the place a lot. Our third visit was the 12/07/2022. But this time, we had a bad experience with their after sale customer service. And for me if I go to a place where the staff don't care about their customers, this place should not be visited anymore. In fact I bought some photos they took for us (and they are not cheap at all, 2 photos for 30$), and after spending the day there, we bought some Legos from their shop where I forgot the bag containing the photos. We left Istanbul the next day and I discovered that I forgot the bag when we arrived at our country the 13/07/2022. Since then, I am trying to contact them using the email they mentioned on their site and I am receiving the following message:

"Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
Istanbul@LEGOLANDDiscoveryCentre.com
The email address you entered couldn't be found. Please check the recipient's email address and try to resend the message. If the problem continues, please contact your email admin."

I tried to contact them on insta but they don't answer there. So can you please tell me how can we reach you to tell you just secure our photos until someone passes to pick them up? Or may be there will be another solution to have them again? What kind of after sale customer service do you have and what about the fake email address you are publishing on your site? It is really a shame especially you advertise that you are following international standards. if I had this issue in other countries (will not list them here), It is sure that the photos are with me right now.

I bought tickets on line for 3 adults as my son is just 18 years old . The on line system did not stop me . On arrival there they said we cannot go in as we need kids . Then it is not clear why the on line buying system did not stop or even warn me that i cannot buy adults only tickets . From the outside it did not look as big as the other lego lands we have been too . It is in a shopping mall so not like a real lego land where you spend a full day. We are fans of legos and lego lands but not sure this one is a lego land maybe just a play area

The Legoland centre is in the Forum mall and is well served by transport links. We were in Istanbul for 1week and decided to do a few non-sightseeing things with the kids. Legoland appeared to be a reasonable choice, particularly with a cluster ticket to see two additional attractions (Madam Tussauds and Sea Life in our case).

The centre is underwhelming. There is one ride with laser shooting and another ride like a merry go round. Other than that it was seeing a few lego scenes and viewing 4d movies (In turkish- no english subtitles). There is lego to play with and soft play areas upstairs. Visit overall took 30minutes - 1hour... very disappointing.

We taught that it would be w great experience with 2 kids (4 and 6 years).

But not really, since most of the animation where only available in turkish only in the first control room we got some english.

The 3D movie was only in turkish.

The activities were not exceptional and could not really feel the magic of lego.

I would not really recommend it if you don t speak turkish

Finally the photo s they are taking at the begenning are sold with a very high price with no reason.
The lady not friendly at all just explain to you lime a robot : picture with a frame 500 TL, 250 TL and cheapest one was costing 85 TL it took 2 without any discount or any souvenir provided by lego company.

I really would not spend about 2 h if I knew it

I have visited the place with two kids 6 and 8 years old. My kids like the place initially but got bored after 1 hour. I can't blame as I do not see many activities to be made. The 4D movie is less than average and don't expect such production from Legland company and it is in Turkish language. They should at least show subtitle. The price is considered very expensive.

We were 3 days in Istanbul and decided to spend time with our daughter, son in law and grandson in Sealife Aquarium and Lego Experience Center, both in Istanbul Forum Shopping Centre. First section is about prices and how you can best purchase tickets....:
Via Lego Experience Centre you can save 10% by booking online Adults from 41TL to 33TL, children from 33TL to 30TL, all only for Lego. A combination ticket for Lego and Sealife can be bought for 61TL (adult) and 48TL (child) both online or at the door.
I would advise you if you consider a combination ticket, buy them via Sealife, price will be the same, but you don't have to book for a special day and time you will arrive at Lego. Via Sealife you have tickets valid upto September 2016, entering whenever you want. The combination tickets for both, there is a reduced price, no difference in buying online or at the door. Adults 61 TL, children 48TL.
At the shopping mall you can park for free at 50 meters distance😄.

Entering Lego:
First there is a picture session (afterwards you can buy 1 picture for approx 20TL and 3 for approx 35TL followed by a train where you have to shoot the bad guys with a laser gun, this was fun and lasts 5 minutes.
Then you can go to different sections and building class rooms. Next to that there are 4D lego movies (3 movies) in a real theatre, which made real fun for all of us.
A playing centre ( slides, stairs, climbing) is inside which children always live to do.
Unfortunately there were not many visitors and not much going on which made the visit to this centre a bit overprized from adults point of view. Having said that our grandson loved it and that's all what counts isn't it?
Prices for drinks and snacks are reasonable and it is clean, well maintained. More active interaction from Lego staff to the children would make this a more active/vibrant place.

I went on December with the family try to get some information on line and was not much to read , however we decided to try due the fact that technically legoland is well known brand
However at the entrance only one person was speaking English..
After purchasing the tickets, 2 very large scholar group come over ..
Therefore was almost impossible to use some of the activities
I was shocked, because the manager should post pone the entrance for family and hold the venue for the group
Last but not least, we manage to enter in the 3 d cinema short movie session and all was in turch language!!!
I don’t recommend the place if u don’t understand the language plus is incredibly small and is not wort the money and time

We went ther with our 8 year old child. This one is different from the other lego places. There are not many things to do! Only a cinema and a play area on the second floor! Other things were average.

We went to Mall of Istanbul by chance and discovered Logoland, it was almost closing so we specially took the kids again the next day (same day as evening flight) at 11 am.

The ticket is way to expensive for what they offer and on top of that you need to pay more to print the picture they will take in the beginning.
Only the initial ride with target shooting and the peddling ride inside were fun.
The 4D movie would have been nice had it been in English or atleast with English subtitles as my kids dont understand Turkish. (Honestly the flashing yellow light triggered my migraine)
While there is a really cool lego giraffe advertised outside in the mall, inside the lego structures were of famous landmarks, mosques etc and the kids were mildly excited about. There were also some lego space stations. I mean would kids be more excited by kid stuff right?
With very few people there we could barely find wheels and other parts to put together a car to race so i really wonder what would happen with a hall full!
Then you go one level up to Olivia's House and realize that thats it. There is a cafe and a play area. Olivia's house was blah!
The suggested 2 hours are for the waiting in lines. We were done in less then 1 hour and wishing we had gone to the aquarium instead!

My son is crazy about lego and couldn't believe that that was it! The lego shop at the end has all lego variety so that was the only plus.

If your kids drag you there, go EARLY!
