About
This giant shopping haven is one of the biggest retail complexes in Turkiye, boasting luxury apartments, hotels, offices, and over 350 stores. Here, you can watch a movie, play at one of the largest indoor amusement parks, and shop at international and local boutiques for luxury Arabic fashion, perfumes, textiles, handicrafts, and souvenirs. It gets extra crowded on weekends and evenings, so visit on other days if you want more wiggle room. Drop by the mall on a shopping tour of Istanbul or before visiting other nearby attractions like the Ataturk Olympic Stadium. – Tripadvisor

I went there for the second time through my last trip to Istanbul in November 2022. If you want to get there by public transport, it could be done by Metro lines easily. I,ve been in Osmanbey neighborhood so the rout was like this:

from Osmanbey station on M2 line to Sisli-Mecidiyekoy station.
get out the train on Sisli-Mecidiyekoy station and follow the signs for Mahmutbey(M7)its a long line but fortunately the train speed is high and the rout isn't so crowd.
get out of the train on mahmutbey station and follow the signs for Basaksehir metrokent. get ride the train to Basaksehir metrokent but note to this that you have to get out the train on ikiteli sanayi station(it means after two stations you have to get out). then follow the signs for Baharie(M9) line.
on the rout to the Baharie, you have to get out the train on Masko station for reach to Mall of Istanbul.
the trip time was about 1hour but it had the valuable because the Mall of Istanbul is one of the largest shopping mall in Turkey with lots of Brands.
note to this that a day need to buying from this Shopping Center.
a indoor Amusement Park for children plus to a big food court are another facilities there.

it is near to the airport and a huge mall with many coffee shops, fast food restaurants and many brands. Groups usually end up at this mall before going to the airport. This way they would buy what they require and would not be late to their flight. It is located on the highway and not long to reach the airport. I would suggest as well to spend the final night at the nearby hotel attached to the mall.

This is by far the biggest mall in Istanbul with huge varieties of stores, cafes and restaurants. For a tourist like me the only draw back is the fact that it takes more than an hour to reach taking into consideration the location and traffic. The size makes it worth while the visit. Overall recommended

I came here during my airport layover so that I didn't have to just hang out at the airport all day. There were lockers where I could store my bag, which was nice. You do go through security on your way into the mall. This place is huge. It has many floors, shops, and things to do. There's an entire amusement park inside. Prices seemed a bit high but not excessively so. The taxi back to the airport was the most expensive one I took, and it was also the shortest ride. I enjoyed my time here but wouldn't necessarily visit again.

Even though the mall contains all the major brands, plus multiple major shops, visiting it was not that good of an experience.
Two main problems were felt: the escalator layout is problematic...to reach an upward or downward going one, a person must walk the whole expanse of a floor to get to one. The other problem is weak signage. The exit is not on the ground floor, as is logical, but on the 1st floor...and no signs direct to it. May not go again in future trips.

I have been to Istanbul four times and this is my favorite shopping mall to visit each time I'm there. This is a large mall, very modern, clean and you can spend more than half your day here. There is a good variety of stores. The prices are always good and there always seems to be sales. As for the food court, it is big and takes up a top floor. There is a variety of American and Turkish eateries. When visiting Istanbul this mall is definitely worth seeing.

You can't visit Istanbul and not visit the biggest Mall can you! Even my Husband who is very anti shopping had a lovely time. Great selection of shops, food outlets and children's entertainment.. Wow! I think my children could of spent our whole holiday here alone and not got bored!

Only downsides are ones you'd expect from the busiest shopping mall, wait times for lifts was crazy! And the taxi's outside charge way over the odds for journeys from the Mall.

This is my second visit here and I would definitely visit again

This would not be the kind of place I would seem out. My son had to pick up his tuxedo for his wedding so we came with him. It is overwhelming in size and glitz for my taste. My husband was able to get a quality suit jacket at a reasonable price. Heavy traffic outside.

When you finish shopping , taxies outside the mall are rip off to foreigners. Even taxi marshals are involved there. They just want your money. They don’t use meter. They just ask you double and triple money. Proper rip off

Its just a shopping mall, fancy yes, but just a shopping mall. Why would you spend time here when you are in one of the most stunningly beautiful and history laden cities in the world. If you want to shop, stay at home and do it. Get your head in the game, get out and visit the real Istanbul, the history of one of the greatest cities on the planet.
