Minaturk is just what it sounds like: a mini version of treasures found in Turkey. The park contains 105 models done in 1/25th scale, about half of them from Istanbul and the rest from Anatolia and the Ottoman territories outside of Turkey.

The 122 models in the park are done in 1/25th scale. 58 of the structures are from Istanbul, 52 are from Anatolia, and 12 are from the Ottoman territories that today lie outside of Turkey. You can hear a brief description from the audio about each monument. Very nice and interesting.

Really cool place. Has miniature structures of historical and important sites in Turkey. Has a small play area as well for young children. I recommend to start your trip in Istanbul with a visit to Miniaturk where you can explain different structures to kids and...More

Miniaturk is one of Istanbul's lovely attractions, and, in my opinion, very under-rated. The 1/25 scale models are absolutely stunning and the level of detail is astonishing. There are ample things to do for children as well, such as driving motor boats and taking a...More

Miniature is a collection of dozens of the best sites and structures throughout Turkey. The models are beautifully crafted and realistic, in miniature. This is a terrific attraction in Istanbul.

It is nice change to see all main attractions of the country in one place. It is quite similar to Mini Europe in Brussels. Not only children will enjoy it :-)

Istanbul’s most famous street, pedestrianized Istiklal
Caddesi (Independence Avenue), throbs day and night
and offers a fantastic array of architectural sights,
shops, treats, and throngs upon teeming throngs of
people. At the avenue’s northeastern end is expansive
Taksim Square, thought by many to be the very heart of
the city, with many of Turkey’s most renowned
restaurants and some of Europe’s most happening
