To have a good tour guide such as Hakkan, and then to have the Dervish there present to relay the stories really added to The authenticity of the whole experience mashallah! He was the Unexpected highlight of the journey. Importantly we learnt a lot and really enjoyed learning about the various Sahabas. My two sisters and I were mesmerised but the stories and enjoyed visiting the masjids and graves of all these great Sahabas, that played there part in making Islam successful. One of the great stories and masjid to visit was Yeralti Cami (underground masjid) Subhanallah the feeling and stories behind the graves was amazing Mashallah! We also used this tour guide to visit Ertugral Ghazi’s tomb...we visited Bursa, Sogut and Inegol. Alhumdullilah it was arranged really well from 6:15am we arrive back 9:25pm. Fathi was our tour guide who was patient and kind...although the a.c in the car stopped working, he tried to ease everyone’s discomfort and bought us cold drinks and ice cream!! It was very important that everyone stuck to the timings especially if we were to visit all graves and pay respects. The tour guides did very well mashallah so thanks to Fathi and Serdar.

Due to covid 19, they provided personal tours for ziyarahs rather than group. Which was very beneficial. Visited ziyarahs around Istanbul.

Every single part of this tour was amazing and brother Hakan was full of information. The underground masjid was beautiful as were the other Sahabe visits. I also remember going to the gardens of the Sahabe Hazret Kab (rA) and the man who feeds and looks after the cats there. His aura was so pleasing he was so blessed to be there. Every site you visit has a true meaning and connection to Islam and our Beloved Rasool (saw). It’s truly amazing and goes straight to the heart and soul. All these beautiful souls and what they sacrificed for Allah. Alhamdulilah. Dear brother Hakan jazakAllah Khairn for showing us so much and letting us experience the true most delightful treasures of Istanbul. We will always treasure it close to our heart and inshaAllah return and do it all over again. We came in Feb 2020. You May remember I had my 3 little sons and my baby daughter (a’isha) in the baby stroller. It was a day we will never forget. Alhamdulilah we are truly grateful. I have recommended you to others as a must for a trip to Istanbul. InshaAllah we shall meet again next time for the same tour.

This was my second visit to Istanbul and first time for my daughters and Ali along with Darwesh Baba made our ziyarats special just to see in the eyes of my daughters taking in the history being told to them and the way the reaction on their faces was priceless to hear and see the places of the Shababs burials sites what was meant for them to have been sent their before the times of the ottomans was breathtaking to hear.
